The use of balancing services. Pursuant to the respective provisions of Act XL of 2008 on Natural Gas Supply (hereinafter referred to as NGSA), the Network User is bound to keep a trading balance. If the Network User’s natural gas injection and actual taking (consumption) differ from each other within a gas day, FGSZ Ltd. will provide for balancing the differences, maximally up to the extent made possible by its available balancing instruments. If on a given gas day the total quantity of natural gas taken out by the Network User from the natural gas transmission system exceeds the total quantity of natural gas injected by it into the system, then the balance will be achieved by using balancing natural gas that must be bought by the Network User from FGSZ Ltd. for a marginal buy price set by the GTC, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the present Contract.
