Transfer of risk and title for works. 5.1. The transfer of risk for and title to supplied goods or goods generated during the performance of the services, as the case may be and services rendered under this Contract shall remain with the SUPPLIER until acceptance of the entire scope of supply and services and shall pass to KNAPP thereupon.
