Tisztelt Ügyfelünk!
A Deutsche Bank AG Magyarországi Fióktelepe ezúton tájékoztatja tisztelt ügyfeleit, hogy a Bank Általános Üzleti Feltételei 2023. január 01-i hatállyal módosulnak.
A módosítások az Általános Üzleti Feltételek 21. pontját érintik. A szabályozási környezet változásának következtében a Banknál elhelyezett betétek a Német Bankszövetség Betétvédelmi Alapja (Einlagensicherungsfonds des Bundesverbandes deutscher Banken) által 2023. január 1-től kezdődően nem biztosítottak. A német kötelező betétbiztosítási rendszer (Entschädigungseinrichtung deutscher Banken GmbH) által nyújtott védelem továbbra is fennáll.
A módosított, egységes szerkezetű Általános Üzleti Feltételek honlapunk (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇) “Üzletszabályzatok és Kondíciók” menüpontján keresztül került közzétételre, továbbá hirdetmény formájában székhelyünkön az ügyfélforgalom számára nyitva álló pénztárhelyiségünkben van kihelyezve.
Amennyiben a fenti módosítások az Önök részéről nem elfogadhatóak, úgy jelen hirdetmény megjelenésétől számított 2 hónapon belül Önök jogosultak a pénzforgalmi szolgáltatásokkal kapcsolatos szerződés azonnali és díj-, költség- vagy egyéb fizetési kötelezettségmentes felmondására. Amennyiben erre nem kerül sor, a módosítás az Önök részéről elfogadottnak minősül.
Amennyiben a fentiekkel kapcsolatban bármilyen kérdésük lenne, forduljanak bizalommal ügyfélreferensükhöz. Budapest, 2022. december 15.

Amendments to the General Business Conditions
Dear Client,
Deutsche Bank AG Hungary Branch hereby provides notice to its clients that the Bank’s General Business Conditions will be changed with the effective date of 1st of January 2023.
The amendments relate to the provisions of clause 21 of the General Business Conditions. Due to the changes of the regulatory environment the deposits with Deutsche Bank AG Hungary Branch are not covered by the Deposit Protection Fund of the Association of German Banks (Einlagensicherungsfonds des Bundesverbands deutscher Banken e.V.) effective from the 1st of January 2023. The protection provided by the German statutory Deposit Guarantee Scheme (Entschädigungseinrichtung deutscher Banken GmbH) remains in place.
The amended General Business Conditions are published via our homepage (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇) under „General Terms and Conditions"
and also announced by display in the public area (Cashier Room) of our premises for inspection.
If the amendments are not acceptable to you, you are entitled to terminate the account relationship within two months from the publishing of this notice with immediate effect and free of any termination fee, cost or charge; otherwise the amendments will be regarded as having been accepted by you.
