Mobile Application a smartphone application that enables the use of the Service, registration of the User, booking, and rental of MOL LIMO vehicles. Framework Agreement: an open-ended contract between the Service Provider and the User for the use of the Service, which is concluded upon the User's provision of personal data, the User's acceptance of the GTC, and the finalization of his/her registration by the Service Provider. Individual Rental Contract: Under the term of the Framework Contract, a contract for the User's individual rental of a vehicle, which is concluded upon reservation of the vehicle in the case of a reservation, or upon commencement of the rental of the vehicle and lasts until the vehicle is closed. The Individual Rental Contract may be concluded for a maximum of 72 hours, in case of LIMO FIX service for a maximum of 30 days. Contracts: means the GTC, the Framework Contract, and the Individual Hire Contract together. Reservation: the reservation of the vehicle to be rented before other Users for the period and for fees set out in these GTC and the Tariff. Unlock Fee: the fee paid by the User to enter into the Individual Rental Contract, as set out in the Tariff. LIMO balance: the amount of money (e.g. credited to the User's profile in connection with complaints), including Credits purchased by the User, recorded in the User's profile. Credit: amount purchased by the User or credited by the Service Provider as compensation or under the friend referral scheme, which can be used for rental purposes. The amount of the credit may not be used to cover monthly fee, zone fee, fines, fees, costs, or damages resulting from non-contractual use. If the User uses the Service for a value exceeding the amount of the credit, the difference shall be settled with the registered payment method. Road traffic rules: Joint Decree 1/1975 (II.5.) KPM- BM on road traffic rules. LIMO zone: means the service area within the administrative territory of Budapest from which vehicles may be hired and to which they may be returned.

Examples of Mobile Application in a sentence

  • The priority zones and the relevant zone fee are indicated in the Tariff and in the Mobile Application with the letter "P".

  • The User is obliged to keep the vehicle clean and to send a "Cleanliness Report" via the Mobile Application at the beginning of the rental period.

  • By opening the vehicle with the Mobile Application, by creating the first Individual Rental Agreement, the User expressly agrees to the commencement of the provision of the Service.

  • If the User uploads an offensive, obscene, defamatory and/or non-vehicle photo to the Mobile Application when sending reports of the vehicle, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the User the penalty set out in the Tariff and terminate the Framework Agreement with immediate effect.

  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Mobile Application or the Website, from the malfunctioning of the Mobile Application or the Website, or from the deletion of any part or content of the Mobile Application or the Website.
