Common use of SALVAGE Clause in Contracts

SALVAGE. 6.1. In the event of loss or damage, the Insured shall be responsible, including to safeguard and keep the salvage, if any. 6.2. Provisions under paragraph (6.1.) above shall not be meant as an admission of liability of the Insurer under this Policy.
