STRUCTURED PRODUCT. Terhadap Structured Product yang merupakan penggabungan antara 2 (dua) atau lebih instrumen keuangan berupa instrumen keuangan non derivatif dengan derivatif atau derivatif dengan derivatif, berlaku minimal ketentuan-ketentuan berikut:
a. Bahwa nilai atau arus kas yang timbul dari produk dikaitkan dengan satu atau kombinasi variabel dasar seperti suku bunga dan/atau nilai tukar, dan
b. Bahwa pola perubahan atas nilai atau arus kas produk bersifat tidak reguler apabila dibandingkan dengan pola perubahan variabel dasar sebagaimana dimaksud pada huruf a, sehingga mengakibatkan perubahan nilai atau arus kas tidak mencerminkan keseluruhan perubahan pola dari variabel dasar secara linear (asymmetric payoff), yang antara lain ditandai dengan keberadaan:
1) optionality, seperti fitur caps, floors, collars, step up/step down, call/put;
2) leverage;
3) barriers, seperti knock in/knock out; dan/atau
4) binary atau digital ranges. Pengertian derivatif dalam pengaturan ini mencakup derivatif melekat (embedded derivatives).

a. That the value or cash flow arising from the product is associated with one or a combination of basic variables such as interest rates and/or exchange rates, and
b. That the pattern of changes to the value or cash flow of the product is not regular when compared to the pattern of changes in basic variables as referred to in letter a, resulting in changes in the value or cash flow does not reflect the overall change of the pattern of the basic variable linear (asymmetric payoff), which among others is marked by existence of:
(1) Optionality, with feature Caps, Floors, Collars, Step Up/Step Down, Call/Put
(2) Leverage
