KENYATAAN AM
1.0 Sebut harga ini dibuka kepada Syarikat Bumiputra yang berdaftar dengan Lembaga Pembangunan Industri dan Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB), menpunyai Perakuan Pendaftaran Kontraktor (PPK), Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (SPKK) dan Sijil Taraf Bumiputra (STB) bagi GRED G1, KATEGORI ME, PENGKHUSUSAN M22 dan berdaftar dengan KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN.
2.0 Sebut harga ini akan ditutup pada 23 FEB 2022 (Rabu), 12.00 TENGAH HARI.
3.0 Dokumen Sokongan hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam peti sebut harga di Bahagian Perkhidmatan Mekanikal dan Elektrikal Jabatan Pengairan Dan Saliran Negeri Kedah, KM6 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx.
4.0 Sebut Harga Yang lewat diterima, tidak akan akan diterima/dilayan. Pejabat ini tidak bertanggungjawab keatas sebarang kelewatan yang timbul secara langsung atau tidak langsung.
5.0 Semua keterangan mengenai sebut harga ini atau butir butir lengkap mengenai syarat-syarat dan penentuan perkhidmatan perlu dikemukakan bersama-sama dokumen ini.
6.0 Tawaran akan ditolak sekiranya gagal memenuhi mana-mana syarat dalam dokumen sebut harga.

3.0 GENERAL SPECIFICATION | ||
3.1 | General | |
3.1.1 | All equipment offered shall be fully of solid state, compact and mechanically robust. The equipment offered shall preferably be of industrial standard design. All necessary cables, connectors and material for a complete installation shall be supplied based on site requirement and condition with the equipment and their costs included therein. | |
3.1.2 | The design, workmanship, material and finishing of all parts of the equipment offered shall be in accordance with good engineering practices, and where applicable, conform to appropriate latest BSI specification, IEE safety egulation, and other relevant world bodies. | |
3.1.3 | Material used in the equipment offered shall be incombustible. The use of the combustible materials isavoided. The location and layout in particular of wiring, shall be such as to minimize the risk of fire. | |
3.1.4 | All components and printed circuit board must be tested and burnt-in before supply. They shall be rugged construction and shall be design with adequate safety margin to withstand continuous ser ice with a minimum of maintenance. | |
3.1.5 | Single component or assembly component shall be capable of replacement by one of an equivalent type, the characteristic of which fall within the limits of tolerance without effecting the performance, reliability, and stability of the system. All components shall be readily accessible and items such as relays switch and connectors shall be removable without having to remove other components. | |

3.2 | Wiring and Cabling | |
3.2.1 | All wiring and cabling in the system shall be of adequate size and rating neatly arrange and installed, for easy carrying out of normal maintenance operations. | |
3.2.2 | Where wiring and cabling is adjacent to or attached to any part of the metal framework they shall be covered with approved insulating materials. Where wiring and cabling passes through a panel, suitable insulating bushing shall be provided to prevent chaffing of the insulation. | |
3.2.3 | Sufficient slack be left at the end of all wiring and cabling so as to permit replacement of components and sub-assemblies without difficulty. | |
3.2.4 | All wiring and cabling shall be neatly terminated to give good mechanical and electrical connection. | |

4.0 | WARRANTY | |
4.1 | The successful tenderer shall guarantee to repair the damaged or malfunctioning equipment for a period of 12 months after the date of testing and commissioning. The Successful Tenderer shall enter any contingent price for which DID is not responsible for any payment if the structure and pump are damaged within the warranty period. | |
5.0 | SAFETY | |
5.1 | Tenderers must ensure that all site activities are carried out in full compliance with safety, health and welfare requirements as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 as well as the Factories and Machinery Act. | |
5.2 | The tenderer shall ensure that each employee working on site wears safety clothing such as helmets, appropriate footwear, safety belts and provides safety features such as safety nets, etc. in all work areas. | |
5.3 | The Tenderer is responsible for taking all necessary measures for protection to prevent injury to the Government Representative, Consultant; other site visitors. Tenderers shall also provide and maintain a safe level and inform the public in the work area if there is a potential threat to their safety. | |
5.4 | In the event of a minor accident, a life -threatening accident and an accident that results in a large loss during the installation work, the BPME JPS will not be responsible. | |
6.0 OTHERS | ||
6.1 | All works are carried out based on the instructions of the Chief Assistant Director of Mechanical, Mechanical and Electrical Services Division, Kedah Irrigation and Drainage Department and the Supervising Officer of the work on site. |
