CHANGES TO THE DADODA GENERAL CONDITIONS. Cube reserves the unquestionable right to modify the Dadoda General Conditions and the Tariff Plan for future Dadoda Contracts due to technological or safety developments of the Scooters and / or the Dadoda App, or, of the economic conditions of the market or entry in force of new regulations. The changes will be communicated to the User by email or by publication in the Dadoda App with a notice of 15 working days. In view of the proposed amendment, the User will have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days without charges or penalties. The deadline for withdrawal is calculated from receipt of the email with which Cube communicated the change or from its publication on the Dadoda App. After this deadline has expired without having received the User's written intentions, the announced change will be considered tacitly accepted by the User and, for the effect, agreed between the parties to the Dadoda Agreement.
