Other Determination. Where a manner of determination other than ISDA Determination or Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period shall be determined in the manner so specified (including, if so specified, by reference to the Technical Annex to the Terms and Conditions).
