SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT. 9.1 Except as provided for in articles 1, 3, 7 and 8 above, all the other provisions, terms and conditions set forth in the Shareholders’ Agreement - including, for the avoidance of doubts, the Call Option under Article 8.5(a) of the Shareholders’ Agreement, as implemented in the Call Option Agreement entered into by and between TE and Telco on 6 November 2007 and subsequently amended, supplemented and renewed - shall remain unchanged and are hereby expressly ratified and confirmed by the Parties.
