TERM OF THE DADODA CONTRACT. The Dadoda Contract will be terminated automatically only when the User has returned the Scooter, putting in place all the following obligations: conclude the Dadoda Contract using the features present in the Dadoda App; make sure the scooter is locked; park inside the Dadoda Area in a suitable public parking area in accordance with the Regulations. Under no circumstances is the User allowed to terminate the Dadoda Contract by parking the Scooter with obstacles to pedestrians or vehicles, especially in areas subject to the prohibition of parking or stopping, on private areas, in areas intended for parking of shopping centers, supermarkets, or any other type of shop, or in places not accessible to Cube and / or other Users, nor in any place outside the Dadoda Area; the administrative penalties, as well as the costs incurred by Cube for the recovery and / or removal of the Scooter will be fully charged to the User. In any case, the User must leave the Scooter in a visible position where it can be seen by passers-by. Furthermore, it is expressly forbidden to park the scooter near traffic lights or road signs, near parking ticket machines or parking meters, on pavements that are thus reduced to a width of less than 1.5 meters . and in front of, or near, emergency exits or fire exits as in any other place where stopping or parking is prohibited under the Highway Code. Cube reserves the right to apply a penalty. The User has the right to park the Scooter in areas, always within the Dadoda Area, whose use is limited in terms of days or times (eg: for washing streets, markets, occupation of public land for removals or other events ) only if this limitation comes into force at least 24 hours after the time of parking. The User will be required to reimburse Cube for any expenses, fines or other costs required in case of violation of this prohibition. The User must also bear the costs requested by Xxxx, as per the Tariff Plan in force at that time, if the Scooter were to be moved elsewhere in Cube or for the intervention of the Authorities or third parties. If due to poor or no connection of the Device it is not possible to terminate the Dadoda Rental, the User must park the Scooter elsewhere and repeat the operation.
