Mae'r Ymchwilydd Ôl-ddoethurol yn rôl greiddiol wrth greu proffil o bwysigrwydd y celfyddydau yn y trawsnewid gwyrdd, gyda chyfrifoldeb am adeiladu sylfaen dystiolaeth o waith ymchwil, dull y prosiect hwn o ddarlunio cymunedol a gwerth diwylliannol a datblygu naratifau hunaniaeth lleoliad. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn datblygu dulliau newydd o gofnodi effaith, gan ddangos tystiolaeth o ddefnyddio dulliau arloesol o ran effaith ac ymgysylltiad cyfranogol, wrth weithio gydag ystod xxxx o bartneriaid i ddatblygu'r Llwyfan Map Agored Cymunedol ar gyfer Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol (COMP) a chyflawni amcanion y prosiect. |

Gweithio gyda'r 3 Ymarferydd Creadigol (Beirdd) ar Ynys Môn a 2 Weithiwr Academaidd o Brifysgol Wrecsam (Ysgol Gelf) i ddogfennu a chofnodi data meintiol i helpu i gynhyrchu’r Mapiau Tystiolaeth.

Datblygu’r ecosystem ddylunio ar gyfer cynllunio gofodol cyfranogol digidol (DPSP) - bydd y fethodoleg a'r llwyfan haenau data yn cael eu hyrwyddo i’r llywodraeth ac awdurdodau lleol ledled y DU, wedi'i ddatblygu fel gwasanaeth ymgynghori gan y Quality of Life Foundation.
Sicrhau bod cyfrinachedd gwybodaeth prosiect sensitif yn cael ei gynnal, drwy brosesau diogelu data prosiect priodol a chyflawni tasgau gweinyddol cyffredinol a thasgau perthnasol eraill fel rhan o’r xxx.

Principal Accountabilities |
The Post-Doctoral Researcher is an integral role in profiling the arts’ importance in the green transition, with responsibility for building an evidence-base of research, this projects approach to community visioning and cultural value and developing narratives of identity of place. The post holder will develop novel methods for capturing impact, evidencing innovative approaches to participatory engagement and impacts, working with a broad range of partners to develop The Community Open Map Platform for Future Generations (COMP) and deliver the project objectives. |
Key Tasks |
In collaboration with key partners, play a key role evaluating creative practitioners’ engagement and evidencing the impact at various stages of the project to completion by • Developing personal research objectives and interests that align closely with the wider project plans. • Undertaking high quality rigorous research which leads to robust research outcomes. Develop cultural mapping data layers made with the assistance of creative practitioners (bards) – constructing data layers with children, young people, and their families. An example might be the mapping of places where people engage with cultural activities such as visual and performing arts, or where people go to sign, or recite poetry. |
Work with the 3 Creative Practitioners (Bards) on Anglesey and 2 Academics from Wrexham University (School of Art) documenting and recording quantitative data to help produce the Evidence Mapping.
Participate in the data collection and data analysis, e.g., re-ordering of the data layers and if appropriate, help to create the accessible digital Future Generation Map.
Develop novel methods for capturing impact – A capabilities approach and systems thinking will be used to gather and map the impact of the project overall
Develop the digital participatory spatial planning (DPSP) design ecosystem – The data layer platform and methodology will be promoted to government and local authorities UK wide developed as a consultancy service by the Quality-of-Life Foundation.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive project information is maintained, through appropriate project data protection and undertake general administrative and other tasks relevant as part of the team.
Ensure that reports and timesheets are submitted in time to the Administrator and undertake health and safety duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post.

Special Features |
You will spend time networking with the creative practitioners in the COMP project, working on Anglesey, networking with community groups, organisations, and with other post-doctoral researchers where relevant (Cardiff & Cambridge), so willingness to travel is important. Ability to communicate in the medium of Welsh is desirable. |

Post holders are expected to co-operate with the Professional Development Review (PDR) process, engaging in the setting of objectives in order to assist in the monitoring of performance and the development of the individual.
