THE CLIENT’S PRINCIPAL RIGHTS

FOR FINANCING CONTRACTS TO COMPANIES CONCLUDED ON PREMISES

You are advised to carefully read the rights set out below before signing the financing contract.

RIGHTS

BEFORE CHOOSING

✓ Have available of a copy of this Document.

✓ Have available of the Information Document for the loan, with the description of its characteristics, risks and all of its costs.

✓ Obtainment of a complete copy of the contract and/or the Summary Document, free of charge or at the cost indicated in the Information Document, also prior to its conclusion and without any obligation for the parties.

✓ Obtainment free of charge and taking away of a copy of the contract outline and a quote.

✓ Knowledge of the effective A.P.R. (Annual Percentage Rate) of the loan;

✓ Notification of the existence and the terms and conditions of the right of withdrawal.

AT THE TIME OF THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

✓ Examination of the Summary Document with all the financial terms and conditions, together with the offer or the contract.

✓ Have available of a copy of the signed contract from the intermediary and a copy of the Summary Document, for safekeeping. If the contract is executed on internet, receipt of the order.

✓ No less advantageous contractual conditions than those published in the information sheet and the summary document.

✓ Choice of a means of communications, either electronic or paper based, through which to receive subsequent communications.

DURING THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

✓ Receipt of information on the progress of the relationship at least once a year, through a financial statement and the summary document.

✓ Obtainment of a copy of the documentation on the individual transactions for the last ten years, at your own expense, within 90 days of request, including after termination.

✓ Transfer of the contract (“portability”) to another intermediary without paying any penalties or charges of any kind.

UPON TERMINATION

✓ Obtainment of the termination of the contract within the timescales specified in the information document.

✓ Receipt of the statement certifying the termination of the contract and summarizes all the operations done.

COMPLAINTS, APPEALS AND CONCILIATION

The Client may submit a complaint to the intermediary by registered letter with advice of receipt. The intermediary must respond within thirty days.

If the response is not satisfactory or has not been received, before resorting the Courts, the Client can contact the:

Banking and Finance Arbitrator (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario - ABF). Details on how to contact the Arbitrator can be obtained by visiting the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx, upon request at the Branches of the Bank of Italy or upon request at the Complaints Department of COFINCAF S.p.A.
