2. Uso dell'Archivio di JSTOR
2.1 Usi permessi:Licenziatari istituzionali e/o Utenti autorizzati possono ricercare, visualizzare, riprodurre, esporre, scaricare, stampare, eseguire e distribuire articoli, recensioni di libri, parti introduttive, note conclusive e altri materiali distinti (collettivamente, "Contenuto") nell'archivio di JSTOR purché si attengano alle limitazioni delle Sezioni 2.2 e in altre parti di questi Termini e condizioni d'uso, per i seguenti Usi consentiti. Gli Usi consentiti possono essere intrapresi nella sede di un Licenziatario istituzionale affiliato dell'Utente autorizzato. Salvo nel caso di Utenti autorizzati che sono Utenti casuali, gli Usi consentiti possono anche essere intrapresi in modo remoto mediante metodi di accesso sicuro:
1. attività di ricerca;
2. insegnamento in classe e attività scolastiche correlate;
3. compiti per gli studenti;
4. nell'ambito di una presentazione accademica, culturale o didattica non commerciale o workshop, se tale uso è conforme alle pratiche consuetudinarie e tipiche del settore;
5. secondo le esigenze e senza scopo di lucro commerciale, condivisione del Contenuto con un individuo che non è un Utente autorizzato agli scopo di collaborare, di effettuare commenti o di scambiare idee per scopi accademici;
6. in documenti di ricerca, dissertazioni, incluso riproduzioni delle dissertazioni, a condizione che tali riproduzioni siano solo per uso personale, deposito in biblioteca e/o che siano utilizzate esclusivamente all'interno delle istituzioni alle quali l'Utente autorizzato e/o i lettori del proprio corpo docenti sono affiliati;
7. collegamento (vedi Sezione 2.3, di seguito); e
8. "Fair use" secondo la Sezione 107 della legge americana sui Diritti d'autore, eccezioni didattiche, o altre simili disposizioni delle leggi in materia di diritti d'autore o altre leggi sui diritti di proprietà intellettuale negli Stati Uniti o in altri Paesi.
Nel caso in cui un Accordo di licenza istituzionale sia sciolto o giunto a termine, gli Utenti autorizzati affiliati al Licenziatario istituzionale sono autorizzati ad utilizzare il Contenuto che è stato scaricato o stampato a condizione che tali usi siano conformi a questi Termini e condizioni d'uso, i quali rimarranno in vigore anche dopo la cessazione dell'accesso all'Archivio di JSTOR.
2.2 Usi vietati. È vietato alle istituzioni ed agli utenti:
1. l'uso o l'autorizzazione dell'uso di JSTOR a scopi commerciali, incluso l'addebitamento di una tariffa per l'uso di JSTOR a di là di costi amministrativi e di stampa, entro limiti ragionevoli;
2. fatta eccezione di quanto esposto nella sezione 2.1 (e) e 2.4, fornire e/o autorizzare l'accesso all'Archivio o Contenuto di JSTOR disponibile mediante l'Accesso individuale a persone o entità che non siano Utenti autorizzati;
3. modificare, nascondere, o rimuovere qualsiasi avviso sul copyright o altra attribuzione inclusi nell'Archivio di JSTOR;
4. tentare di annullare, eludere, o disattivare qualsiasi funzionalità di cifratura o protezione del software utilizzate in JSTOR;
5. Scaricare o stampare sistematicamente Contenuto per rifornire o sostituire collezioni cartacee;
6. intraprendere qualsiasi attività che potrebbe gravare sul server (o sui server) di JSTOR, per esempio programmi informatici che automaticamente scaricano o esportano Contenuto, comunemente denominati robot del Web, spider, crawler, wanderer o acceleratori;
7. fare un qualsiasi uso, visualizzare, eseguire, riprodurre, o distribuire in un modo che ecceda o violi questi Termini e condizioni d'uso;
o
8. incorporare Contenuto in un database o sito Web senza limitazioni, salvo nel caso in cui autori o altri creatori di Contenuto incorporino il loro Contenuto in tali siti su previa autorizzazione dell'editore e di altri aventi diritto applicabili;
9. scaricare o stampare, o tentare di scaricare o stampare l'intero numero o numeri di periodici o porzioni sostanziali dell'intera collana di un periodico;
o
10. riprodurre o distribuire Contenuto in quantità e in qualsiasi forma, come per esempio includere Contenuto in "course packs" (dispense per corsi) o riserve elettroniche (ma vedere la Sezione 2.3, di seguito).
3. Diritti di proprietà intellettuale

3.1 Diritti di proprietà intellettuale generali. L'Archivio JSTOR e qualsiasi marchio commerciale, brevetti emessi e domande di brevetto, copyright, registrazioni e domande di copyright, diritti sulle idee, design, opere d'autore, opere derivate, e qualsiasi altro diritto di proprietà intellettuale (collettivamente "Proprietà intellettuale") relativi all'Archivio di JSTOR sono di proprietà riservata di JSTOR, fatti salvi i diritti di terze parti. L'uso di JSTOR da parte dei Licenziatari istituzionali e degli Utenti autorizzati non comporta nessun diritto alla Proprietà intellettuale eccetto i diritti limitati previsti in questi Termini e condizioni d'uso.
3.2 Marchi commerciali. Né JSTOR né il Licenziatario istituzionale è autorizzato ad utilizzare il nome dell'altro o il suo marchio (o marchi) commerciale in modo da causare confusione quanto all'origine di prodotti o servizi, o da appoggiare o mostrare affiliazione con l'altro, salvo come specificatamente autorizzato. Nonostante quanto precede, (i) JSTOR può utilizzare il nome dei Licenziatari istituzionali e/o il nome o i nomi delle loro biblioteche in depliant o altri documenti che identificano i Licenziatari istituzionali come partecipanti di JSTOR insieme ad altri partecipanti, e
(ii) i Licenziatari istituzionali sono incoraggiati ad utilizzare il nome e il logo di JSTOR per annunciarne la partecipazione ad Utenti autorizzati e per la formazione di Utenti autorizzati all'uso di JSTOR.
3.3 Uso del software. JSTOR utilizza software e altri strumenti elettronici concepiti per consentire agli Utenti autorizzati di accedere, utilizzare, riprodurre, visualizzare e distribuire Contenuto ("Software di accesso"). L'uso del Software di accesso e la sua relativa documentazione è limitata alla licenza concessa nei presenti Termini e condizioni d'uso. È vietato ai Licenziatari istituzionali copiare, distribuire, modificare, decompilare, retroingegnerizzare, eludere, annullare o disattivare le cifrature o altre protezioni del Software di accesso, o creare opere derivate dallo stesso.

4.3 Responsabilità degli Utenti autorizzati
4.3.1 Gli utenti autorizzati si assumono la responsabilità di mantenere la riservatezza e la sicurezza del loro nome utente e/o password e di tutti i loro usi di, o attività su JSTOR. Salvo come permesso nella Sezione 2.1 (f) gli Utenti autorizzati non possono non fornire l'accesso a JSTOR a nessun altro, neanche allestendo un remailer anonimo al fine di concedere l'accesso a JSTOR.
4.3.2 Gli Utenti autorizzati notificheranno immediatamente JSTOR, e laddove applicabile, il loro Licenziatario istituzionale affiliato di un qualsiasi uso non autorizzato, certo o presunto, del loro account o di JSTOR, o una qualsiasi violazione della sicurezza, certa o presunta, ivi compresi la
perdita, il furto, o la divulgazione o l'uso non autorizzato dei loro utenti, password e/o indirizzo IP. Qualsiasi uso di JSTOR oltre l'ambito o in violazione dei presenti Termini e condizioni d'uso, l'uso consapevole di qualsiasi password o nome utente di un altro, o qualsiasi attività fraudolenta, abusiva, o altrimenti illegale, possono costituire motivo di revoca dell'account dell'Utente autorizzato o revoca dell'accesso a JSTOR dal loro indirizzo IP, senza alcuna notifica e ad esclusiva discrezione di JSTOR.

1. Authorized Users - Those persons who are authorized by the Licensee to have access to Wiley InterScience. Authorized Users must be current bona fide faculty members, students, researchers, staff members, librarians, alumni students up to two years after the graduation) executives or employees of the Licensee, or contractors engaged by the Licensee, provided such contractors have been informed of, and agree to abide by, the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein and all authorized users access Wiley
InterScience via the Licensee’s Secure Network. Walk-in Users from the general public or business invitees may also be permitted by the Licensee to access Wiley InterScience from designated terminals with a Licensee-controlled IP address. 2. Intellectual Property Rights - These rights include, without limitation, patents, trademarks, trade names, design rights, copyright (including rights in computer software), database rights, rights in know-how and other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered, which may subsist anywhere in the world.

B. ACCESS PRIVILEGES
1. Wiley grants to the Licensee and its Authorized Users, during the Term as defined below, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to access, via Wiley InterScience, the full text and other material such as datasets published online in Wiley InterScience for the Licensed Electronic Products as listed in the Appendices attached hereto as may be amended from time to time.
2. In addition, Authorized Users will have access to all available tables of contents, article abstracts, chapter summaries and associated websites for all Electronic Products xx Xxxxx InterScience.

3. The number of the Authorized Users who may simultaneously access Wiley InterScience is unlimited.
4. The Licensee acknowledges that the Electronic Products and Wiley InterScience and the Intellectual Property Rights contained therein are protected by law. All rights not specifically licensed herein to the Licensee are expressly reserved by Wiley.
C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. The rights and restrictions governing access to Wiley InterScience and the Electronic Products by the Licensee and its Authorized Users are outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Use below.
a. Authorized Users may download, search, retrieve, display and view, copy and save to hard disk or diskette and store or print out single copies of individual articles, chapters or
entries in the Licensed Electronic Products for the Authorized User’s own personal use, scholarly, educational or scientific research or internal business use. Authorized Users may also transmit such material to a third-party colleague in hard copy or electronically, for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use but in no case for re-sale, systematic redistribution, or for any other use. In addition, Authorized Users have the right to use, with appropriate credit, figures, tables and brief excerpts from individual articles, chapters or other entries from the Licensed Electronic Products in the Authorized User’s own scientific, scholarly and educational works such as books and articles.
b. All Authorized Users have the option to create a My Profile Page which will allow them to create data files and links to articles, chapters and entries of interest in the Licensed Electronic Products, and search criteria which may be reused by them. In order to do so, the Authorized User will have to select and register a user name and password which the Authorized User must keep confidential and not disclose to or share with anyone else.
c. The Licensee and its Authorized Users may create links to Wiley InterScience from their Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) records, library catalogs, link resolvers, locally hosted databases or library web pages, provided those links are operated by the Licensee on a Secure Network, do not result in access to licensed content by anyone other than Authorized Users and are not used in connection with any paid or commercial service or for any other commercial use whatsoever.
d. Authorized Users who are members of the Licensee’s faculty or staff may download and print out multiple copies of material from Licensed Electronic Products for the purpose of making a multi-source collection of information for classroom use (course-pack) or a virtual learning environment, to be distributed to students at the Licensee's institution free of charge or at a cost-based fee. Material from Licensed Electronic Products may also be stored in electronic format in secure electronic data files for access by Authorized Users who are students at the Licensee’s institution, as part of their course work, so long as reasonable access control methods are employed such as user name and password.
e. The Licensee’s library staff may supply to another library, upon request by that library, either a single paper copy (by post or fax) or an electronic copy of an individual document from the Licensed Electronic Products, for the purpose of research or private study. The electronic copy must be supplied by secure electronic transmission (like Ariel or Nilde or its equivalent) and must be deleted by the recipient library immediately after printing a paper copy of the document for its user. The Licensee shall not operate such a 4
service on a commercial basis but shall be permitted to recover its direct costs from the recipient library arising from the document supply..
2. Except as provided in Paragraph C.1 above, Authorized Users may not copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise reproduce, sell, or resell material from the Electronic Products; store such material in any form or medium in a retrieval system; or transmit such material, directly or indirectly, for use in any paid service such as document delivery or list serve, or for use by any information brokerage or for systematic distribution, whether or not for commercial or non-profit use, or for a fee or free of charge.
3. The Licensee and its Authorized Users may not remove, obscure or modify any copyright or proprietary notices, author attribution or any disclaimer as they appear xx Xxxxx InterScience Except as provided in Paragraph C.1.d above (course packs), Authorized Users may not integrate material from the Electronic Products with other material or otherwise create derivative works in any medium. However, brief quotations for purposes of comment, criticism or similar scholarly purposes are not prohibited herein.
4. Authorized Users may not do anything to restrict or inhibit any other Authorized User’s access to or use of Wiley InterScience and the Licensed Electronic Products.
5. If an Authorized User fails to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use or other terms of this License, Wiley reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or
terminate such Authorized User’s access to Wiley InterScience and the Licensed
Electronic Products immediately via the most limited IP range possible without notice, in addition to any other available remedies. Except in the case of a material breach which Xxxxx xxxxx dangerous to the integrity and security of Wiley InterScience, or for a breach which, if not immediately remedied, is likely in Xxxxx’x opinion to continue to cause damage, Wiley shall give prior written notice to the
Licensee of its intention to terminate such Authorized User’s access and shall allow the Licensee and/or the Authorized User 30 days after receipt of such notice to cure the breach or agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this License

10. Neither the Licensee nor any Authorised User may, without the Publisher‟s prior written consent:
remove or alter the authors‟ names or the Publisher‟s copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in the Licensed Materials.
make print or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the Licensed Materials other than for back-up copies permitted under clause 5.
mount or distribute any part of the Licensed Materials on any electronic network, including the Internet and the World Wide Web, other than the Secure Network, except for articles written by authors who may post articles on their personal or institution‟s website.
use all or any part of the Licensed Materials for any Commercial Use.
systematically distribute the whole or any part of the Licensed Materials to anyone other than Authorised Users.
publish, distribute or make available the Licensed Materials, works based on them or works which combine them with any other material, other than as permitted in this License.
alter, abridge, adapt or modify the Licensed Materials, except to the extent necessary to make them perceptible on a computer screen or as otherwise permitted in this License, to Authorised Users. No alteration of the words or their order is permitted.
11. THE PUBLISHER WARRANTS THAT THE LICENSED MATERIALS DO NOT INFRINGE THE COPYRIGHT OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON. THE PUBLISHER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE LICENSEE HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COSTS, LIABILITY AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF ANY LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE LICENSEE CLAIMING INFRINGEMENT OF SUCH RIGHTS. THIS INDEMNITY SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE FOR ANY REASON. THIS INDEMNITY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THE LICENSEE HAS AMENDED THE LICENSED MATERIALS IN ANY WAY NOT PERMITTED BY THIS LICENSE. THE PUBLISHER OTHERWISE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LICENSED MATERIALS ARE SUPPLIED „AS IS‟.

1.3 Authorized Uses.
The Subscriber and its Authorized Users may:
1.3.1 access, search, browse and view the Licensed Products; and
1.3.2 print and download a reasonable amount of articles, abstracts, records or parts of chapters from the Licensed Products (“Excerpts”); and
1.3.3 incorporate links to Excerpts on the Subscriber‟s intranet and internet websites, provided that the appearance of such links and/or statements accompanying such links shall be changed as reasonably requested by the Licensor; and
1.3.4 incorporate links to Excerpts and downloaded Excerpts in electronic course packs, reserves and
course management systems for use in connection with courses offered by the Subscriber for academic
credit, provided that the downloaded Excerpts shall carry appropriate acknowledgement of the source,
title, author and publisher and are deleted by the end of each semester or trimester in which they are
used with such deletion confirmed in writing to the Licensor upon request and the Subscriber obtains
the prior written consent of the Licensor for use in connection with any non-credit course. Course pack
use for non-credit courses will require separate permission from the Licensor. Course packs in nonelectronic,
non-print perceptible form, such as audio or Braille, may also be offered to Authorized Users who, in the reasonable opinion of the Subscriber, are visually impaired; and
1.3.5 incorporate parts of the Licensed Products in printed or electronic form in assignments and portfolios, theses and in dissertations (“the Academic Works”), including reproductions of the Academic Works for personal use and library deposit, if such use conforms to the customary and usual
practice of the Subscriber provided that by so doing parts of the Licensed Products will not be accessible to persons who are not Authorized Users except that reproductions in printed or electronic
form of Academic Works may be provided to sponsors of such Academic Works. Each item shall carry
appropriate acknowledgement of the source, listing title and copyright owner; and
1.3.6 display, download or print the Licensed Products for the purpose of internal marketing or testing
or for training Authorized Users. The Authorized Users may:
1.3.7 Transmit Excerpts to other Authorized Users and to third party colleagues for their scholarly or
research use; and
1.3.8 publicly display in perpetuity a revised personal version of the final journal manuscript (to reflect
changes made in the peer review process) of which they are the authors on their personal website or the
website of the Institution open to the public, provided that a link is included to the Publisher journal‟s
home page or the article‟s Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and a complete citation for the journal article
is included. The public display of the journal article as published by the Publisher is not permitted
1.3.9 save and/or deposit in perpetuity metadata by which a link is created to the full text article in electronic repositories operated by the Subscriber and/or by an Authorized User on a Secure Network. Access to and use of such repositories shall be limited to Authorized Users.
1.4 Restrictions on Use of Licensed Products.
Except as may be expressly permitted in this Agreement, the Subscriber and its Authorized Users may not:
1.4.1 abridge, modify, translate or create any derivative work based on the Licensed Products without the prior written permission of the Licensor, except to the extent necessary to make them perceptible on a computer screen to Authorized Users;
1.4.2 remove, obscure or modify in any way any copyright notices, other notices or disclaimers as they appear in the Licensed Products; or
1.4.3 substantially or systematically reproduce, retain or redistribute the Licensed Products, notwithstanding its right to load Licensed Products on the ScienceDirect On-Site database mentioned in section 2.3.
1.5 Intellectual Property Ownership.
The Subscriber acknowledges that all right, title and interest in and to the Licensed Products remain with the Licensor and its licensors, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and that the unauthorized distribution of the Licensed Products could materially harm the Licensor and its licensors.

Section 2. DESCRIPTION OF ACCESS AND PERMITTED USE
2.1 Licensor offers controlled access to the Licensed Materials through the use of domain name(s) or IP addresses of the Member Institutions (including Licensee itself) listed in Attachment 2 including their Authorized Users.
2.2 Licensor permits Authorized Users to browse, search, retrieve, display, download, print, and store individual articles or book chapters for scholarly research, educational and personal use as long as such use is consistent with international copyright laws.
2.3 Incidental and non-systematic sharing by Authorized Users with non-authorized individuals of limited amounts of Licensed Material for collaborative research and scholarly purposes, and not for re-transmission, is permitted.
2.4 Copying and storing is limited to single copies of a reasonable number of individual articles. Copying and storing of entire issues by Authorized Users is not permitted.
2.5 Authorized Users may obtain remote access to the Licensed Materials through secure access procedures established by the Licensee.
2.6 Authorized Users may send single articles to research colleagues outside the Licensee institution for the purpose of non commercial scholarly communication.
2.7 Licensee and its Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of course packs or other educational materials but only for use in connection with classroom instruction. The foregoing grant of rights regarding course packs will apply to the corresponding print issues of Licensed Materials pre-dating the effective date of the Licensed Materials provided under this Agreement.
2.7.1 Licensee and its Authorized Users may deposit in perpetuity the learning and teaching objects (created according to section 2.7) in electronic repositories operated by Licensee on a Secure Network.
2.8 The electronic form of the Licensed Materials may be used as a source for Inter-Library Loan ("ILL") whereby articles can be printed and these print copies can be delivered via postal mail, fax, or fax-based service to fulfil ILL requests from an academic, research, or other non- commercial library. Requests received from for profit companies or directly from individuals may not be honored. Fulfillment of Loansome Doc® service requests is permitted. ILL through secure electronic transmission, as demonstrated by the ARIEL, Xxxxxxxx and NILDE systems, is permitted. Files transmitted in this manner must carry copyright notices and comply with applicable copyright laws.
Section 4. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF LICENSED MATERIALS
4.1 Neither Licensee nor its Authorized Users may modify, adapt, transform, translate or create any derivative work in any medium based on or including any materials in the Licensed Materials, or otherwise use any such materials in a manner that would infringe the copyright or other proprietary rights therein. No copyright notices, trademark or proprietary notices, author attributions or other notices or disclaimers included by Licensor or any member of the Springer Group in the Licensed Materials may be removed, obscured or modified in any way. Licensee shall post appropriate notices and take reasonable measures to ensure that Authorized Users are informed of the applicability of copyright law and the restrictions in this Agreement with respect to the reproduction, use and transmission of the Licensed Materials. In the event of violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or of applicable copyright law, Licensor and Licensee agree to take immediate action to suspend access to the Licensed Materials by any Authorized User violating these restrictions on use and shall consider other restrictions on access to and retrieval of the Licensed Materials, including additional limitations on printing and downloading.
4.2 Posting complete articles, chapters, issues, or books on personal or institutional websites is not allowed. Notwithstanding any of the other provisions of this agreement, the publisher acknowledges that authors from institutions covered under the present license will be entitled to deposit an electronic copy of the final, peer-reviewed author-manuscript of his or her journal article into the open access repositories of their institutions, and for this manuscript to be mirrored to national repositories. Manuscripts deposited in those repositories may be made freely available to the public, via the internet, without any embargo period, but only on the strict condition that they provide a prominent active link to the officially published version on SpringerLink.
4.3 The Licensed Materials may not, directly or indirectly, be used for any of the following purposes:
4.3.1 Substantial or systematic reproduction whether for commercial or non-profit use or for a fee or free of charge.
4.3.2 Re-distribution, re-selling or sub-licensing in any manner including in connection with fee- for-service use except as described in Attachment 2.
4.3.3 Systematic supply or distribution of single or multiple copies in any form to anyone other than an Authorized User.
4.3.4 Distribution of any part of the Licensed Material on any electronic network, other than the Licensee’s secure network.
4.4 Licensor’s explicit written permission must be obtained in order to use all or any part of the Licensed Materials for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by Licensee or any Authorized User) by means of sale, transfer or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Materials. Bulk reproduction or distribution of electronic or print copies of Licensed Materials for sales/promotional purposes is specifically prohibited.

Authorized Users are the full-time and part-time students, faculty, staff, researchers, and independent contractors of the Subscriber affiliated with the Subscriber’s locations listed on Schedule 2 (the “Sites”) and individuals using computer terminals within the library facilities at the Sites permitted by the Subscriber to access the Subscribed Products.
1.3 Authorized Uses.
Each Authorized User may:
access, search, browse and view the Subscribed Products;
print, make electronic copies of and store for the exclusive use of such Authorized User individual items from the Subscribed Products; and
incorporate links to the Subscribed Products on the Subscriber’s intranet and internet websites and in electronic coursepacks, reserves and course management systems and instructor websites, provided that the appearance of such links and/or statements accompanying such links shall be changed as reasonably requested by Elsevier.
1.4 Restrictions on Use of Subscribed Products.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Elsevier, the Subscriber and its Authorized Users may not:
abridge, modify, translate or create any derivative work based on the Subscribed Products, except to the extent necessary to make them perceptible on a computer screen to Authorized Users;
remove, obscure or modify in any way any copyright notices, other notices or disclaimers as they appear in the Subscribed Products; or
substantially or systematically reproduce, retain or redistribute the Subscribed Products.
Authorized Users who are independent contractors may use the Subscribed Products only for the purposes of the contracted work for the Subscriber. 2
1.5 Intellectual Property Ownership.
The Subscriber acknowledges that all right, title and interest in and to the Subscribed Products remain with Elsevier and its suppliers, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and that the unauthorized redistribution of the Subscribed Products could materially harm Elsevier and its suppliers.
