Le merci consegnateci vengono assicurate solo dietro Vs. ordine. In caso contrario viaggeranno scoperte da assicurazione a Vs. rischio. Ogni controversia concernente i servizi da noi resi e/o il contratto di cui al presente documento sarà decisa in via esclusiva dal tribunale di Genova secondo la legge italiana. Unless specifically agreed in writing, the company assumes no responsibility to effect insurance on any export or import shipment. Therefore goods will be not insurance and it will be shipped at your risk. Any dispute related to the services rendered by our company and/or arising from the contract evidenced or concerning this document shall be deferred exclusively to the court of Genova (Italy) that shall decide in accordance with the Italian law.
