Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx nato a Roma il 11/12/1974 il quale interviene al presente atto in qualità di legale rappresentante della richiedente WIRELESS NETWORK SRL, con sede legale in Xxx XXXX Xxxxxx, 00 – 00000 Xxxxxx, società appartenente al gruppo IVA WNW, Codice Fiscale n. 04563510231 e Partita I.V.A. n. 04597220237, Iscrizione al Registro delle Imprese R.E.A. di Verona n. 430920, in forza dei poteri conferitegli con lo Statuto sociale, domiciliato per la carica c/o la sede della Società, che in proseguo sarà denominata, per brevità, “LOCATARIA”;
PREMESSO
che la LOCATRICE, proprietaria dell’immobile sito in Spilimbergo, viale Barbacane
n. 19, censito al NCEU del Comune di Spilimbergo al Foglio 24, mappale n. 136, ha concesso in locazione alla LOCATARIA una porzione del lastrico solare del tetto per l’installazione di n. 14 antenne wireless, giusto contratto di locazione sottoscritto dalle
parti in data 24.05.2022;
che la LOCATARIA ha formulato richiesta di installazione di un nuovo apparato, costituito da una parabola di 40 cm. di diametro;
che con determinazione del Direttore Generale n. 22 del 07.03.2023 è stata autorizzato l’aumento delle unità di apparati esistenti;
TUTTO CIO’ PREMESSO
La LOCATRICE, nella sua qualità di proprietaria, autorizza la LOCATARIA al po- sizionamento e all’installazione di:
- n. 1 parabola da 40 cm. con direzione 0°
per ripetizione del segnale wireless, come illustrato nell’allegato “A” (planimetria e scheda tecnica nuovo apparto)
La locazione è regolata dalle seguenti condizioni:
Art. 1 – IMPORTO DEL PRESENTE ATTO
1 Per effetto del presente atto la LOCATARIA riconosce alla LOCATRICE il maggiore importo di €357,00 anno (euro trecentocinquantasette/00) a decorrere dalla data sottoscrizione del presente atto.
ART. 2 – RINVIO
1. Si intendono confermate le disposizioni contrattuali già in essere tra le parti, di- sciplinate con il contratto del 24.05.2022, salvo quanto previsto dal presente atto.
2. La LOCATARIA, con la sottoscrizione del presente contratto, dichiara che l'in- stallazione del nuovo apparato viene realizzata in piena conformità a tutte le di- sposizioni di legge vigenti ed a regola d'arte;
ART. 3 – CONTROVERSIE
1. Per ogni controversia derivante dal presente contratto, sarà esclusivamente com- petente il Foro di Pordenone
