• VISTA la determina a contrarre n. 1104/2022 prot. 21770 del 15/2/2022 con cui è stato autorizzato l’acquisto di un voucher per servizio di sintesi DNA, dal fornitore GenScript Biotech BV (The Netherlands), al prezzo di € 1.000,00 (IVA esclusa);
• VISTO che la spesa di € 1.220,00 (già comprensiva di IVA) deve gravare sul progetto “INNOVATIONHUB_CSADIN57 – CUP E18I20000020007” sul quale non c’è disponibilità finanziaria per acquisti di servizi;
• VISTO il preventivo dell’operatore GenScript Biotech BV (The Netherlands) di €
278,37 IVA esclusa (Allegato 1);
DISPONE
• di autorizzare, ai sensi dell’art. 1, comma 1, lett. a) della Legge n. 120/2020, l’affidamento diretto all’operatore GenScript Biotech BV (The Netherlands) della fornitura di un servizio di sintesi DNA, al prezzo di € 278,37 (IVA esclusa), come da preventivo allegato;
• Di far gravare la relativa spesa quantificata in € 339,61 (già comprensivi di IVA) sul progetto “DOTBIOING”, del bilancio di previsione dell’Ateneo relativo all’esercizio finanziario 2022.

Your confirmation of this order constitutes a binding contract on you and/or the entity you are on behalf of. All the performance under this order shall also be governed by the Standard Service Agreement, which you may refer to on our website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx_x_x.xxxx. If you have already concluded a Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) with GenScript, then the MSA will automatically govern and apply to the order instead of the Standard Service Agreement.
In some other rare cases, gene may be genetically unstable in customer's vector, which makes it impossible to deliver gene in required vector. In this case, gene will be delivered in GenScript standard vector and subcloning fee will be waived.
DISCLAIMER for International Orders
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are separate from shipping and handling costs and are not included in the custom service or catalog product price. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be collected from the freight carrier upon delivery for certain packages. These charges are the package recipient's responsibility as GenScript only charges the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
International clients are responsible to pay duty and tax for customs clearance purpose. If your organization has duty or tax exemption certificate, please send it to our technical account manager (TAM).
