Following any such determination pursuant to the above paragraph, the Substitute Fund shall replace the Affected Fund for the purposes of the Securities on and from the relevant Replacement Date and the Calculation Agent shall make corresponding adjustment(s) which it determines to be appropriate to any variable, calculation methodology, valuation, settlement, payment terms or any other terms relevant to the Securities.
In such events, the Calculation Agent shall use reasonable efforts to determine an alternative investment fund (the "Substitute Fund") to replace the Affected Fund and the date for the replacement of the Affected Fund (the "Replacement Date") shall be as elected by the Calculation Agent.
New Fund by the Calculation Agent, the New Fund will replace the Affected Fund with effect from the relevant Substitution Date, and the Calculation Agent will make the corrections which will be appropriate in its opinion, acting in a commercially reasonable manner, to any variable, method of calculation or evaluation or other relevant parameter pursuant to the Certificates, in order to affect such substitution.
