Automatic Early Redemption Rate is as defined in Condition 34.9(b); "Automatic Early Redemption Valuation Date" is as defined in Condition 34.9(b); "Automatic Exercise" is as defined in Condition 22;
Automatic Early Redemption Rate means, in respect of any Automatic Early Redemption Date, the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
