Definizione di Compliance Certificate
Compliance Certificate means the compliance certificate to be delivered on each Reporting Date and signed by an Authorised Signatory (as defined in the Trust Deed) of the Guarantor certifying the matters set out in Condition 4(c);

Upon delivery of such Interim Compliance Certificate the Indebtedness Requirement shall be deemed met for the purpose of this Condition 4(a).
Notwithstanding the above, after an Indebtedness Trigger has occurred, as resulting from the Compliance Certificate delivered on a Reporting Date, the Issuer may give notice that such Indebtedness Trigger is cured by delivering on the following Reporting Date a Compliance Certificate pursuant to Condition 4(b) (Compliance Certificate) below.
Upon delivery of such Compliance Certificate the Indebtedness Requirement shall be deemed met for the purpose of this Condition 4(a).
