  • Except as set out below, any market disruption, general disruption, adjustment and/or termination provisions relating to Credit Securities will be set out in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Fund Securities and Credit Securities Index Sponsor means, in relation to an Index, the corporation or other entity that (a) is responsible for setting and reviewing the rules and procedures and the methods of calculation and adjustments, if any, related to such Index and (b) announces (directly or through an agent) the level of such Index on a regular basis during each Scheduled Trading Day, which as of the Issue Date is the index sponsor specified for such Index in the applicable Final Terms.
