Exercise Period means the period from, but excluding, the Issue Date to and including the Final Exercise Date;
Exercise Period meanz the period from, but excluding, the Izzue Date to and including the Final Exercize Date;
Exercise Period starts on 29 May 2006 and ends on (including) the Expiration Date.

Examples of Exercise Period in a sentence

  • If the Voluntary Exercise Notice is delivered after 10.00 a.m. on any Exercise Business Day during the Exercise Period, such Voluntary Exercise Notice will be deemed to have been delivered on the next Exercise Business Day, which Exercise Business Day shall be deemed to be the Effective Exercise Date.

  • In this case a duly completed voluntary exercise notice (a Voluntary Exercise Notice) must be delivered by facsimile to the Calculation Agent prior to 10.00 a.m. Milan time on any Exercise Business Day during the Exercise Period (the Effective Exercise Date) at the facsimile number set out in the form of Voluntary Exercise Notice attached as Annex V to these Final Terms.
