Maximum Exercise Number means the maximum number of Securities which may be exercised on any Exercise Date, as specified in the relevant Terms; "Merger Date", in respect of Securities on a single Share or a Basket of Shares, has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 24.2 or, in respect of Fund Securities, has the meaning ascribed to it in Condition 28.2;
