Contingency Events. Attached as Schedule 1, for informational purposes only, is a general description of the types of Contingency Events that are or may be included in Broadcast Agreements entered into by the IOC and Broadcasters. Tokyo 2020 hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) such general description is provided to Tokyo 2020 for informational purposes only and shall have no effect on the parties’ rights or obligations hereunder, and (ii) any Contingency Events described on Schedule 1 are subject to change based on the IOC’s continued discussions with existing and future Broadcasters.
