Indemnification by Braze.. Subject to Section 8 below, Braze shall defend, indemnify and hold Customer harmless from any damages, attorneys’ fees and costs, finally awarded judgments or for amounts paid by Customer under a settlement approved by Braze in writing, arising from any claims, demands, suits or proceedings made or brought by a third party (“Claims”) against Customer alleging (a) a breach by Braze of its confidentiality obligations under Section 5 hereof;
