【Scope of Application】
第１条 当ホテルが宿泊客（当ホテルの客室を利用される全てのお客さまを いいます）との間で締結する宿泊及びこれに関連する契約（デイユースなどのご利用に関する契約を含み、以下あわせて「宿泊」「宿泊 契約」といいます）は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、 この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は、一般に確立した 慣習によるものとします。
２ 当ホテルが、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。
【宿泊契約の申込み】
第２条 当ホテルに宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、当ホテル所定の方法により、次の事項を当ホテルに申し出ていただきます。
（１）宿泊者名
（２）宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
（３）宿泊料金等
（４）その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
２ 宿泊客が、宿泊中に前項第 2 号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を当ホテル所定の方法により申し入れた場合、当ホテルは、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申込みがあったものとして処理します。
【宿泊契約の成立等】
第３条 宿泊契約は、当ホテルが前条の申込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当ホテルが承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません 。
２ 前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊当日までに当ホテル所定の方法により宿泊期間の宿泊料金等をお支払いいただきます。但し、連xxに第 6 条及び第 18 条の規定を適用する事態が生じたときは、違約金に次いで賠償金の順序で充当し、残額があれば返還いたします。
３ 前条第２項の継続の申し出があったときは、当ホテルが指定した日までに宿泊料金等のお支払いがない場合、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。
【申込金の支払いを要しない特約】
第４条 前条第 2 項の規定にかかわらず、宿泊当日の宿泊料金等の支払い（基本行為）について、特約に応じることがあります。
Article 1 Contracts for Accommodation and related agreements (including special contracts for day use, etc., here in after collectively referred to as "Accommodation","Accommodation Contracts") to be entered into between this Hotel and the Guest (refers to all Guests using a guest room at the Hotel) shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. And any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
2. In the case when the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
【Application for Accommodation Contracts】
Article 2 A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of following particulars: ( 1 ) Name（s）of the Guest（s）: ( 2 ) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival: ( 3 ) Room Type and Accommodation Fees, etc. ( 4 ) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel,
2. In the event a Guest makes a request in the manner prescribed by the Hotel during their stay for an extension of accommodation beyond the date set forth in Subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall regard this as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.
【Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.】
Article 3 A Contract for Accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. However, the same shall not apply when it has been proven that the Hotel has not accepted the application.
2. When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Guest is required to pay Accommodation Fees, etc. by the first day of accommodation in the manner prescribed by the Hotel. However, in the case of incidents as defined in Article 6 and/or 18, penalties shall be applied first, followed by any compensation for damages, and any remaining balance shall be returned to the Guest.
3. When the Guest has failed to pay Accommodation Fees, etc. by
the date as the Hotel settled, the Hotel shall treat the Accommodation Contract as invalid.
【Special Contracts for Accommodation Fee of the Day of Stay】
Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3.2. , the Hotel may enter into a special contract on payment Accommodation Fees, etc. of the days of stay(fundamental action).
【宿泊契約締結の拒否】
第５条 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合において宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
（１） 宿泊の申込みが、この約款によらないとき。
（２） 満室により客室の余裕がないとき。
（３） 宿泊しようとする方が、宿泊に関し法令の規定、公の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
（４） 宿泊しようとする方が、暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係団体又は関係者、その他反社会的勢力であるとき。
（５） 宿泊しようとする方が、暴力団または、暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき。
（６） 宿泊しようとする方が、暴力団員に該当する者が役員となっている法人、その他の団体であるとき。
（７） 宿泊しようとする方が、他の宿泊客に著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
(８） 宿泊しようとする方が当ホテルもしくは当ホテル従業員に対して暴力的要求行為を行い、あるいは合理的範囲を超える負担を要求したとき。
(９) 宿泊しようとする方が、著しく不潔な身体、又は服装をしているため、他の宿泊客に迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあると認められたとき。
（10） 宿泊しようとする方に支払能力がないと明らかに認められるき。
（11） 宿泊しようとする方が、伝染病患者であると明らかに認められるとき。
（12） 宿泊に関し、暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
（13） 保護者の許可のない未xxのみが宿泊するとき。
（14） 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により、宿泊させることができないとき。
（15） 各都道府県条例で特に定める事由があるとき。
【宿泊客の契約解除権】
第６条 宿泊客は、当ホテルに申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
２ 当ホテルは、宿泊客がその責めに帰すべき事由により、宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合は、別表第 2 に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。
３ 当ホテルは、宿泊客が連絡をしないで宿泊当日の午後 8 時（予め到着時刻が明示されている場合は、その時刻を 2 時間経過した時刻）になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客により解除されたものとみなし、処理することがあります。
４ 前 2 項の規定にかかわらず、宿泊契約の解除による違約金の支払い等について、特約に応じることがあります。
【Refusal of Accommodation Contracts】
Article 5 The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases;
( 1 ） When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
( 2 ) When no room is available due to no vacancy;
( 3 ) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the laws or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation;
( 4 ) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed to be a member of or be linked to a crime syndicate, organized crime groups or any antisocial organizations.
( 5 ) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be detected as a corporation or other groups of which business activities are under control of a crime syndicate or organized crime groups.
( 6 ） When the Guest seeking accommodation is a corporate company which its director is proven to be a member of an organized crime syndicate.
( 7 ） When the Guest seeking accommodation behaves in a manner so as to cause significant inconvenience to other Guests.
( 8 ） When the Guest seeking accommodation has used violence in making demands of the accommodation facilities or its employees, or has requested the Hotel to assume an unreasonable burden.
( 9 ) When it is feared that the Guest seeking accommodation is notably filthy or wears unkempt attire that may disturb other guests of the Hotel.
(10) When it is proven that the Guest seeking accommodation has no financial ability to compensate for the services.
(11) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
(12) When the Hotel receives violent demands and/or is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his/her accommodation;
(13) When a minor is to be accommodated without the permission of a parental guardian.
(14) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to naturalcalamities, dysfunction of the facilities and/or other unavoidable causes.
(15) When there are grounds specifically provided for in each prefectural ordinance.
【Guest’s Right Cancellation】
Article 6 The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by so notifying the Hotel,
2. In the case when the Guest has canceled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to causes for which the Guest is liable, the Guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in Chart 2.
3. In the case when the Guest does not appear by 8:00 p.m. of the accommodation date（2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Hotel notified of it）without an advance notice, the Hotel may
regard the Accommodation Contract as being canceled by the Guest.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the Hotel may enter into a special contract for the payment of penalties, etc. due to the cancellation of an Accommodation Contract.
【当ホテルの契約解除権】
第７条 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
（１） 宿泊客が宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、又は同行為をしたと認められるとき。
【 Hotel’s Rights of Cancellation of Contracts 】
Article 7 The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases;
( 1 ） When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted himself/herself in a manner that will contravene the laws or act against the public order or good morals in
（２） 天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により、宿泊させることができないとき。
（３） 暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係団体又は関係者、その他反社会

When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other unavoidable causes.

（４） 暴力団または、暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人、その他の団体であるとき。
（５） 暴力団員に該当する者が役員となっている法人、その他の団体であるとき。

（６） 宿泊客が、他の宿泊客に著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
（７） 宿泊客が当ホテルもしくは当ホテル従業員に対して暴力的要求 行為を行い、あるいは合理的範囲を超える負担を要求したとき。
（８） 宿泊客が、著しく不潔な身体、又は服装をしているため、他の

（９） 宿泊客に支払能力がないと明らかに認められるとき。
（10） 宿泊客が伝染病患者であると明らかに認められるとき。
( 7 )

(11) 宿泊に関し、暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
(12) 許可された場所以外での喫煙、消防用設備等に対する悪戯、その他当ホテルが定める利用規則の禁止事項（火災予防上必要なものに限る。）に従わないとき。
(13) 宿泊契約成立後に第５条 (13)(15) に定める事由が判明したとき。
２ 当ホテルが前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、宿 泊客がいまだ提供を受けていない宿泊サービス等の料金はいただきません。
【宿泊の登録】
第８条 宿泊客は、宿泊日当日、当ホテル所定の方法により、次の事項を登録していただきます。
（１） 宿泊客の氏名・年齢・性別・住所及び職業。
（２） 外国人にあっては、国籍・旅券番号・入国地及び入国年月日 ・パスポートの呈示並びにコピー等をさせていただきます。
（３） 出発日及び出発予定時刻。
（４） xx地、行先地
（５） その他都道府県知事、当ホテルが必要と認める事項。
２ 宿泊客が第 12 条の料金の支払いを当ホテルが認めたクレジッ トカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により行おうとするときは、予め 前項の登録時にそれらを呈示し、当ホテルの承認を得ていただきます。
( 8 ) When it is feared that the Guest is notably filthy or wears unkempt attire that may disturb other guest of the Hotel.
( 9 ) When it is proven that the Guest has no financial ability to compensate for the services.
( 11 )
( 10 ) When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
When the Hotel receives violent demands and/or is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his/her accommodation;
( 12 ) When the Guest dose not observe prohibited actions such as smoking in areas other than those where smoking is permitted, mischief to the firefighting facilities and other prohibitions of the used Regulations stipulated by the Hotel
（restricted to particulars deemed necessary in order to avoid the causing of fires）.
( 13 ) When the Hotel becomes aware of reasons set forth in Article 5,subparagraphs 13 and/or 15.
2. In the case when the Hotel has canceled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall not be entitled to charge the Guest for any of the services in future during the contractual period which he/she has not received.
【 Registration 】
Article 8 The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation in the manner prescribed by the Hotel.
( 1 ) Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the guest（s）；
( 2 ) For non－Japanese; nationality, passport number, port and date of entry in Japan, and will make a copy of your passport.
( 3 ) Date and estimated time of departure; and
( 4 ) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. In case where the Guest is not Japanese national and who does not hold home address in Japan will be requested to submit a copy of their Passport.
3. In the case where the Guest intends to pay his/her accommodation Chargesprescribed in Article 11 by any means other than cash in Japanese currency,such as travelers cheques, coupons or credit card, such means of payment shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in Paragraph 1.
【客室の使用時間】
第９条 宿泊客が当ホテルの客室を使用できる時間は、特約のある場合を除き、午後 3 時から翌朝 10 時までとします。但し、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。
2 当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず同項に定める時間以降の客室の使用に応じることがあります。この場合使用可能な時間は前項 によらず、別途追加料金を申し受けます。追加料金は客室タイプ、 延長時間等により異なりますのでフロントまでお問い合わせ下さい。
3 第 1 項の時間は、必要やむを得ない場合には臨時に変更することがあります。その場合には、適当な方法をもってお知らせします。
【利用規則の遵守】
第 10 条 宿泊客は、当ホテル内においては、当ホテルが定めてホテル内に掲示（備付）した利用規則に従っていただきます。
【営業時間】
第 11 条 当ホテルの主な施設等の営業時間は、HP、各所の掲示等でご案内いたします。
２ 前項の時間は、必要やむを得ない場合には臨時に変更することがあります。その場合には、適当な方法をもってお知らせします。
【料金の支払い】
第 12 条 宿泊客が支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳は、別表第 1 に掲げるところによります。
２ 前項の宿泊料金等の支払いは、当ホテル所定の方法・支払手段により、宿泊当日までに行っていただきます。但し、特別の事情が生じたときは、別途考慮することとします。
３ 当ホテルが宿泊客に客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金等は申し受けます。
【当社の責任】
第 13 条 当ホテルは、宿泊契約の履行に当り、又はそれらの不履行によって宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。但し、それが当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。
２ 当ホテルは、消防機関から安全な施設として承認を頂いておりますが、万一の火災等に対処するため、旅館賠償責任保険に加入しております。
【 Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms 】
Article 9 The Guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room of the Hotel from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning unless specified otherwise in a special contract. However, when staying consecutive nights, the Guest is entitled to occupy the room for the entire day, except for the day of arrival and departure.
2. The Hotel may, notwithstanding the provisions prescribed in the preceding Paragraph, permit the Guest to occupy the room beyond the time prescribed in the same Xxxxxxxxx.Xx such cases, the time available for use does not depend on the preceding paragraph, and an additional fee will be charged.The additional fee will vary depending on room/plan type and length of extension. Inquire with the front desk for details.
3. The Hotel may change the hours of occupancy for inevitable
xxxxxxx.Xx that case, the Hotel shall notify the Guest in an appropriate way.
【 Observance of the Rules Used by the Hotel 】
Article10 The Guest shall observe the rules used by the Hotel which are posted within the premises of the Hotel.
【 Business Hours 】
Article11 Business hours of major facilities in the Hotel can be found on our website and on notices posted in various locations around the Hotel.
2. Business hours mentioned in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary and unavoidable. In the event of such, Guests will be notified in an appropriate manner.
【 Payment of Accommodation Charges 】
Article12 The breakdown of the Accommodation Charges, etc. that the Guest shall pay is as listed in Chart 1.
2. Accommodation Fees, etc. as stated in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid with in the manner prescribed by the Hotel no later than the day of accommodation.
3. Accommodation Charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facilities which have been provided for him/her by the Hotel and are at his/her disposal.
【 Liabilities of the Hotel 】
Article13 The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the damage if the Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment or the nonfulfillment of the Accommodation Contract. However, the same shall not apply in cases when such damage has been caused due to reasons for which the Hotel is not liable.
2. The Hotel is covered by the Hotel Liability Insurance in order to deal with unexpected fire and/or other disasters.
【契約客室の提供ができないときの取扱い】
第 14 条 当ホテルは、宿泊客に契約した客室を提供できないときは、宿泊客の了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設をあっ旋するものとします。
２ 当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設のあっ旋ができないときは、違約金相当額の補償料を宿泊客に支払い、損害賠額に充当します。但し、客室が提供できないことについて、当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由がないときは、補償料は支払いません。
【寄託物等の取扱い】
第 15 条 当ホテルは、原則として宿泊客の荷物等をお預かりいたしませんが、特別の事情により当ホテルが宿泊客の物品又は現金並びに貴重品を お預かりした場合、当該物品等に滅失、毀損等の損害が発生したと きは、それが不可抗力である場合を除き、当ホテルは、その損害を 賠償します。但し、現金及び貴重品については、当ホテルがその金額、種類、価格等の申し出を求めた場合に、宿泊客がそれに応じなかっ たときは、当ホテルは 15 万円を限度としてその損害を賠償します。
２ 宿泊客が、当ホテル内にお持込みになった物品又は現金並びに 貴重品にあって、前項の特別の事情によりお預かりしたもの以外に ついては、当ホテルの故意、過失により滅失、毀損等の損害が生じ たときは、当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、宿泊客か らあらかじめ金額、種類、価格等の申し出のなかったものについては、当ホテルに故意又は重大な過失がある場合を除き、前項と同様に 15 万円を限度としてその損害を賠償します。
【宿泊客手荷物又は携帯品保管】
第 16 条 当ホテルでは、宿泊に先立ってまたは宿泊後の宿泊客の手荷物のお預かりは行っておりません。また、事前配達等による荷物のお預かりも行っておりません。ただし宿泊客の手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当ホテルに到着した場合は、その到着前に当ホテルが了解したときに限って責任を持って保管し、宿泊客がフロントにおいてチェックインする際お渡しします。
２ 宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品 が、当ホテルに置き忘れられていた場合は、原則として所有者から の照会の連絡を待ちその指示を求めるものとします。所有者の連絡 および指示がない場合は、当ホテル所定の手順に則り処理いたします。
３ 前 2 項の場合における宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管についての当ホテルの責任は、第 1 項の場合にあっては前条第 1 項の規定に準じ、前項にあっては同条第 2 項の規定に準じるものとします。
【 Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms 】
Article14 The Hotel shall, when unable to provide contracted rooms, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest insofar as practicable with the consent of the Guest.
2. When arrangement of other accommodation cannot be made notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall pay the Guest a compensation equivalent to the penalty and the compensation fee shall be applied to the reparations. However, when the Hotel cannot provide accommodation due to the causes for which the Hotel is not liable, the Hotel shall not compensate the Guest.
【 Handling of Deposits 】
Article 15 In general, the Hotel will not store Guest luggage. However, in the event the Hotel does store goods, cash or valuables belonging to the Guest due to special circumstances, the Hotel will compensate the Guest for any loss,breakage or damage to said belongings, except in cases when this has occurred due to force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, when the Hotel has requested the Guest to report its nature and value and the Guest has failed to do so, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest up to a limit of 150,000 yen.
2. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages, including loss and/or breakage caused to goods, cash or valuables brought onto the premises of the Hotel by the Guest as a result of intent or negligence on the part of the Hotel, with the exception of goods stored as a result of special circumstances set forth in the preceding Paragraph. However, as in the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall only compensate the Guest for damages up to a limit of 150,000 yen for items for which the amount of money, nature of the belongings or value has not been disclosed by the Guest in advance, except in the case of intent of negligence on the part of the Hotel.
【 Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest 】
Article16 The Hotel will not store Guest luggage that arrives at the Hotel prior to the accommodation or otherwise after a Guest has checked out. Further, the Hotel will also not store any luggage that arrives by delivery, etc. before the Guest. However, in the event Guest luggage arrives at the Hotel prior to the accommodation, the Hotel will assume responsibility for the storage of said luggage only when such a request has been accepted by the Hotel in advance and the luggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the front desk at the time of check－in.
2. In the event Guest luggage or personal belongings are found on the Hotel premises after the Guest has checked out, the Hotel will, as a general rule, wait for the owner to contact the Hotel and request further instructions. In the event the Guest fails to contact the Hotel, any remaining luggage or personal belongings will be discarded in accordance with Hotel procedures.
3. The Hotel’ s liability in regard to the custody of the Guest’ s
baggage and belongings in the case of the preceding two Paragraphs of this Article should be treated accordingly with Paragraph 1 of the previous Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2.
【駐車の責任】
第 17 条 宿泊客が当ホテルの駐車場をご利用になる場合、当ホテルは場所をお貸しするものであって、車輌の管理責任まで負うものではありません。但し、駐車場の管理に当り、当ホテルの故意又は過失によって損害を与えたときは、その賠償の責めに任じます。
【宿泊客の責任】
第 18 条 宿泊客の故意又は過失により当ホテルが損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当ホテルに対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。
【ホテルインターネット通信利用規約の遵守】
第 19 条 宿泊客は、当ホテル内においては、当ホテルが定めたホテルインターネット通信利用規約に従っていただきます 。
【個人情報の取得について】
第 20 条 当ホテルが宿泊契約に関し取得した宿泊客の個人情報は、当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に取り扱うものとします。
【支配する言語】
第 21 条 この約款は日本語と英語で作成されていますが、日本文と英文の間 に不一致又は相違があるときは、すべて日本文によるものとします。
【 Liability in Regard to Parking 】
Article17 The Hotel shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the Guest when the Guest utilizes the parking lot within the premises of the Hotel, as it shall be regarded that Hotel simply offers the space for parking. However, the Hote shall compensate the Guest for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel in regard to the management of the parking lot.
【 Liability of the Guest 】
Article18 In the case when the Hotel is damage by the Guest’ s intention or fault, the Guest must pay compensation to the Hotel.
【 Observance of HOTEL INTERNET COMMUNICATION TERMS OF USE 】
Article19 The Guest shall observe “HOTEL INTERNET COMMUNICATION TERMS OF USE” which are posted within the premises of the Hotel.
【 Collection of Personal Information 】
Article20 Personal information collected by the Hotel in connection with an accommodation contract shall handled appropriately in accordance with the Hotel Privacy Policy.
【 Governing Language 】
Article21 These terms are provided in both Japanese and English. In case of a discrepancy between the Japanese and the English, the Japanese version will take precedence.
【約款の変更】
第 22 条 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合には、変更後の内容および効力発生時期をホームページに掲載することにより、この約款を変更することができるものとします。また、必要があるときはその他の相当な方法により宿泊客等に周知することとします。
(１) 変更の内容が宿泊客の一般の利益に適合するとき
(２) 変更の内容がこの約款に係る取引の目的に反せず、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性その他の変更に係る事情に照らし、合理的なものであるとき
【裁判管轄及び準拠法】
第 23 条 当ホテルと宿泊客との間の宿泊契約に関する紛争は、日本法を準拠法とし、東京簡易裁判所又は東京地方裁判所をもって専属管轄裁判所とします。

ホテルの公共性と安全性を確保するため、当ホテルをご利用のお客様には宿泊約款第 10 条に基づき下記の規則をお守りくださるようお願いいたします。この規則で定められた事項をお守りいただけないときには、宿泊約款第７ 条に基づき宿泊の継続をお断りさせていただくことがございますので、ご了承くださいませ。
1. 客室内での暖房用、炊事用の火器等はご使用にならないでください。
2. 客室内は禁煙です。ホテルが認めた場所以外での喫煙はなさらないでください。
3. 緊急時の避難経路については、予めご確認ください。
4. ご来訪者と客室内でのご面会はご遠慮ください。宿泊者以外の客室への入室はお断りいたします。
5. 貴重品については、ご自身の責任において管理してください。
6. 当ホテルでの宿泊料金等のお支払いは、当ホテルが認めたクレジットカードまたは電子決済のみとさせていただきます。
7. ロビー及び客室内に次のようなものをお持込みにならないでください。 (１) 動物、鳥類（ペット類）。
(２) 著しく悪臭を発するもの。
(３) 発火又は引火性のある火薬、揮発油類および危険性を有するもの。 (４) 適法に所持されていない銃砲、刀剣類。
(５) 著しく多量の荷物等

(７) その他、当ホテルがその運営上不適切であると判断するもの
8. 当ホテルの許可なく客室を営業行為（展示会・その他）等、ご宿泊以外の目的にご使用なさらないでください。
In order to assure the maximum comfort and safety of all guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following rules and regulations in accordance with the “Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts, Article 10” .
Please note that we may refuse to allow you to continue your stay in accordance with Article 7 of our Accommodation Contract if you fail to comply with the requirements of these regulations.
1. The use of any electrical appliances（such as hot plates, etc），other than those provided by this hotel, is not permitted.
2. Please refrain from smoking in areas other than those permitted within the Hotel. Further, smoking in bed or other places where fires are likely to occur is not permitted.
3. Please confirm evacuation routes in case of emergency in advance.
4. People other than Hotel Guests are not permitted to enter the guest rooms.
5. Hotel Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
6. Payment of Accommodation Fees, etc. can only be made by accepted credit cards or forms of electronic payments.
7. The following articles may not be brought into the hotel:
(a) Animals, birds, etc.
(b) Articles with offensive odors.
(c) Explosive and flammable items, such as gunpowder, volatile oils or any other dangerous items.
(d) Illegally owned guns and swords.
(e) Excessive amounts of luggage, etc.
(f) Any other items for which possession is prohibited by law.
(g) Any other items deemed inappropriate by the Hotel.
8. Please do not use the guest rooms for business activities (exhibitions, etc.) or any other purposes other than accommodation without the permission

13. ホテル内の諸設備及び諸物品についてのお願い。
(１) その目的以外の用途でご使用なさらないでください。 (２) ホテルの外へ持出さないでください。
(３) 他の場所に移動したり加工したりなさらないでください。
14. スーツケース、ベビーカー等の大きなゴミや処分に費用のかかるゴミ等の放置・投棄はご遠慮ください。放置・投棄された場合は、処分費用（処分に掛かる実費＋対応手数料 10,000 円 / 税込）を請求いたします。
15. ホテル内の衛生管理に伴う対応として、一定期間毎に客室内の清掃を行わせていただきます。また、連泊の場合は宿泊する客室の変更をお願いする場合があります。
16. その他、公序良俗に反する客室のご利用はおやめください。

11. Please refrain from leaving your guest room wearing nightwear or slippers, etc.
12. Taking photographs in public area of the Hotel without permission, and using photographs taken in the hotel for business purposes.
13. Rules Regarding Equipment and Fixtures on the Premises:
(a) Not to use equipment and fixtures for purposes other than intended.
(b) Not to take equipment or fixtures out of the hotel.
(c) Not to remove equipment or fixtures from where they are.
14. Please refrain from leaving or dumping large items such as suitcases and strollers or other large items of trash that will require money to dispose of on the Hotel premises.In the event of such disposal, costs (actual cost of disposal + 10,000yen handling fee/tax included) will apply.
15. Information concerning cleaning and guest rooms: In order to maintain appropriate hygiene standards within the Hotel, rooms will be cleaned at regular intervals. Further, Guests may be asked to change rooms when staying for consecutive nights.
16. Please refrain from any use of the Guest room that violates public order and morality.
17. In the event of any of the following, the Hotel shall reserve the right to
change these RULES AND REGULATIONS by posting changed content and the date any such changes come into effect on the Hotel website. Further, when necessary, the Hotel may use other means deemed appropriate to notify Guests, etc.

日本ホテル株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が運営するホテル（以下「対象施設」といいます）においてインターネット接続（有線、無線を問いません。JRホテルメンバーズ共通 Wi -Fi を含みます。以下「本サービス」といいます。）をご利用いただくに際し、本サービスをご利用されるお客様（以下「お客様」といいます）に対し、以下のご利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）を定めます。
お客様は、本サービスをご利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
■ 機器等

４． 性風俗、宗教布教活動に関する行為
５． 本サービスを再販売、賃貸するなど、本サービスそのものを営利の目的とする行為

( “company” ) has established the following terms of use ( “these terms” ) for our customers ( “customers” ) who use wired and/or wireless Internetconnection ( “service” ), including shared Wi-Fi for JR hotel members, at hotels which company operates ( “facilities” ).By using the service, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.
■ Equipment, Peripherals and Software
•Customers are responsible for the preparation of any and all communication equipment, peripherals, software, and security measures, etc. ( “equipment” ) necessary to use service, and any associated costs for such preparation should be borne by customers. Company does not warrant the performance of equipment.
■ Disclaimers
•Company shall not be liable for unavailability and/or interruption of service , and any damage or trouble incurred to customer relating to service unless it is caused by company’ s intentional act or gross negligence.
•Customers shall be liable for any damage incurred to company and/or any third party caused by customers’ violation of these terms, in which case, the customers shall assume any and all responsibility and cost, and hold company harmless against any claim.
■ Prohibited acts
• Customers shall not conduct any of the following acts using service. If customers commit any of the following acts, company may suspend or terminate usage of service without prior notice.
1. Any acts that violate or may violate any rights of a third party or company;
2. Any acts that are against, or may be against public order and morals;
3. Election campaign or any acts similar thereto;
4. Any acts that relate to sexual entertainment or missionary work;
5. Commercial use of service itself such as resale or rental of service;
6. Mass-emailing advertising, and/or any transmission of promotional or other solicitation materials to company and/or any third party;
7. Interference with the receipt of emails intended for company and/or any third party;
8. Impersonating any third party during the use of or by means of service;
9. Using or providing any harmful programs, etc., through or in relation to service;
10. Any acts that cause damage, loss or disadvantage to company or any third party;
11. Any acts that interfere with service;
12. Any acts that interrupt operation of the service;
13. Any acts that violate or may violate laws or regulations;
14. Any other acts that company determines as being inappropriate.
■ 本サービスの内容等
•当社が本サービスの運営上、またはその他の理由で必要と判断した場合、お客様への事前の予告なしに、本サービスの停止や終了をする場合があります。
•本サービスは、必要なセキュリティの確保を図り設計をしておりますが、安全性について保証するものではありません。

• Company may suspend or terminate service without prior notice, when company determines such suspension or termination is necessary due to operational or anyother reason.

•Company may restrict the access of any website, which it determines is not desirable to be accessed through service.
■ General Provisions
•These terms may be amended or abolished without prior notice. When any amendments are made to these terms, the details and effective date will be posted on our website or other means.
•These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
•Any dispute between company and customers in relation to service shall be settled by mutual consultation between both parties in good faith. If the dispute is not settled among parties, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
