These Terms of Use for Software Cradle’s Services.(“these Terms”) comprise Chapter 1 (General Provisions), Chapter 2 (Software License Conditions), Chapter 3 (Software License Conditions (Special Provisions for Curriculum Users)), Chapter 4 (Software License Conditions (Special Provisions for Free Users)), Chapter 5 (Technical Support Provisioning Conditions), Chapter 6 (Analysis Service Provisioning Conditions), and Chapter 7 (Education Service Provisioning Conditions). In these Terms, Software Cradle Co., Ltd. (“Software Cradle”) stipulates the conditions in effect between Software Cradle and the user (the “User”) who uses any software and services,relating to PICLS provided by Software Cradle (collectively, the “Services”) in relation to use of the Services.
