អតិថិជន kន�ន យល់ច�ស់ និងĘពមេ�រព�ម បទបБ�ត�ិ និងលក.ខណ�ទូេæរបស់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� �ច បែន�ម លុប @�ស់ប��រ ឬែកែĘបលក.ខណ�ែដលbនែចងេ�ទីេនះ េ�យេធ�ើ�រ ជូនដំណឹង�មុន�មរយៈមេធ�kយdមួយĘសប�មលក.ខណ�ពីមួយេពលេæមួយេពល។
េដើមJីបន�រ�រេĘបើĘkស់េស�កម�េនះ អតិថិជនĘត�វយល់Ęពម និងេ�រព�មលក.ខណ�ែដលkនេធ�ើ បច��បJន��ពែដលេធ�ើេឡើងេ�យធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
អតិថិជនĘត�វផ�ល់bល់ព័ត៌bនBំងអស់ ែដលbនេ�េលើទĘមង់ែបបបទេនះ េដើមJី�ក់БកJ
េស�ើសុំេបើកគណនី េហើយБកJេស�ើសុំេនះនឹងĘត�វkនបដិេសធ Ęបសិនេបើ អតិថិជន មិន�ចផ�ល់ ព័ត៌bនBំងអស់េនះkន។ព័ត៌bនែដលkនផ�ល់Ęត�វេធ�ើេឡើងេ�យស�័Ęគចិត�ĘតឹមĘត�វេពញេលញ និងពិតĘkកដ។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� �ចនឹងេធ�ើ�រពិនិតJ និងេផ��ង@�ត់ ព័ត៌bនរបស់អតិថិជន�មួយនឹងĘបភពេផJងៗ
ែដល@ំkច់។ អតិថិជនĘត�វ អះ�ង និង@P@ មិនbន�ប់Бក់ព័ន�េæនឹងទណ�កម�dមួយេPះេទ េ�េពល
ែដល េស�ើសុំេបើកគណនី ឬេĘបើĘkស់េស�េផJងៗ និង ក��ងរយៈេពលែដល bនទំPក់ទំនងេស� ធP�រ �មួយធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។ Ęបសិនេបើអតិថិជន �អ�កតំdងរបស់b�ប័នdមួយ (�Pយក, គណៈĘគប់Ęគង់�ន់ខ�ស់ ឬ អត��ហកៈ) អតិថិជនĘត�វ@P@ មិនែមន�បុគ�ល
�ប់Бក់ព័ន� នឹងទណ�កម�េPះេទ េ�យរួមបБ��លBំងបុĘតសម�័ន� Pយក មĘន�ី និង�គទុនិក Bំងអស់ របស់b�ប័ន។ Ęបសិនេបើ អតិថិជន�បុគ�ល�ប់Бក់ព័ន�នឹងទណ�កម� ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� នឹង
េធ�ើ�រ@�ក ឬ បិទគណនីរបស់ អតិថិជន និងបБ�ប់bល់ទំPក់ទំនងេស�ធP�រBំងអស់។ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�និងធP�របុĘតសម�័ន�មិនទទួលខុសĘត�វbល់�រkត់បង់ែដលបd�លមកពី�រ@�ក ឬ�របិទគណនីេនះេឡើយ។
�រĘkក់ Ęត�វkនគណP�េរៀងbល់ៃថ� េ�យែផ�កេលើសមតុលJគណនី េហើយ�ក់បБ��ល
�Ękក់េដើមេæក��ងគណនី�េរៀងbល់ែខ។ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� នឹងគិត�រĘkក់ជូនអតិថិជនbប់@ប់ពី
ៃថ�េបើកគណនី រហូតដល់ៃថ�បិទគណនី។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� នឹងĘប�សពន� និងេផ�រនូវចំនួនពន��ត់ទុកឱJេæអគ�Pយក��នពន��រ េ�យ អនុេbម�មច�ប់ និងបទបБ�ត�ិស�ីពីពន��រ ៃនĘពះb�dចĘកកម���។
អតិថិជន តĘម�វឱJេធ�ើ�រជូនដំណឹង�bយលក.ណ៍អកJរ មក�ន់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� និងĘត�វbន�រ យល់ĘពមពីធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ក��ង�រេស�ើសុំ@�ស់ប��រព័ត៌bន។ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� មិនទទួលខុសĘត�វbល់�រចំ dយេផJងៗែដល�ចេកើតេចញពី�រ@�ស់ប��រេនះេឡើយ។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� នឹងេធ�ើ�រ�ត់កងចំនួនទឹកĘkក់ ែដលБក់ព័ន�នឹង �រĘkក់ កៃĘមេស� កៃĘមេជើងbរ
េផJងៗ ពន��ត់ទុក និងសំណងេផJងៗេទៀត េចញពីគណនីរបស់អតិថិជនេ�យមិនbន�រ ជូនដំណឹង�មុន។
គណនីែដល��នĘបតិបត�ិ�រ ក��ងរយៈេពលមួយ��ំ Ęត�វ��យ�គណនី��នĘបតិបត�ិ�រ េហើយĘត�វ
�ត់កៃĘមេស�េæ�មេ�ល�រណ៍របស់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។ េលើសពីេនះេទៀត សមតុលJគណនីែដល
��នĘបតិបត�ិ�ររយៈេពលដប់��ំ�ប់�� ឬេលើសេនះនឹងĘត�វkនេផ�រេæ�ន់ធP�រ�តិៃនកម��� ដូចែដលតĘម�វេ�យច�ប់�ធរbន េ�យមិន@ំkច់bន�រយល់Ęពមពីអតិថិជនេឡើយ។ bល់�រ@�ស់ប��រេផJងៗ ដូច��រេស�ើសុំបែន�ម ឬដក អ�កbនសិទ�ិចុះហត�េល4 និង/ឬ ែកែĘប លក.ខណ�Ęបតិបត�ិគណនី គឺតĘម�វឱJbន�រជូនដំណឹង�bយលក.ណ៍អកJរមក�ន់ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� និងតĘម�វឱJbន��ប់មក�មួយឯកbរផ��វ�រដូចែដលkនកំណត់េ�យធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។ ពុំ ដូេ@�ះេទ ឯកbរចុងេĘ�យែដលធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ទទួលkនពីអតិថិជន េ�ែតbនសុពល�ពក��ង

Customer shall read and fully understand this general terms and conditions of Woori Bank and agree to be bound by them. Woori Bank may, at its sole discretion, add, delete, alter, change, revise, or amend the terms and conditions set forth herein by serving prior notice through any means from time to time. By continue using the service, Xxxxxxxx agrees to be bound and comply with such updated terms and conditions imposed by Woori Bank.
Customer shall provide all information on this application form and fail to do so may result in this application being rejected. The information provided in this application is voluntary, correct, complete and true.
Woori Bank may verify any such information of customer from whatever sources whenever the bank deems necessary.
Customer represents and warrants that s/he is not the target of any sanctions when s/he applies for accounts or services and at all the time s/he has maintained banking relationship with Woori Bank. If s/he is the legal representative of an entity in any forms (director, Senior Management or beneficial owner), then s/he further warrants that neither s/he, nor any subsidiaries, directors, officers or shareholder, nor to the best of her/his knowledge, any of her/his affiliates, agents or employees, is a sanctioned person. If s/he becomes the target of any sanctions, Woori Bank will suspend or close her/his account and terminate banking relationship. Where account is suspended or closed, Woori Bank and it correspondents will not be liable for any loss. Customer suffers however caused.
The interest is calculated on a daily basis against the deposit balance or outstanding balance; and it is capitalized and posted monthly. Woori Bank starts calculating the interest on the account opening date until the closing date of the account.
Woori Bank will declare and remit withholding tax of the account to the General Department of Taxation in accordance with the applicable Cambodian tax laws and regulations.
Customer is required to notice the Woori Bank in writing and agreed by Woori Bank for any information change. Woori Bank is not liable for any cost incurred associated with the change.
Woori Bank may debit, without notice, account with any other amount representing any interest, fee, commission, tax, and reimbursement payable.
Consecutively inoperative account for one year will be classified as “dormant” and be subject to fee charge base on Woori Bank policies. Further, any dormant balance for 10 consecutive years or more might be transferred to National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) without a need of further client’s consent as required under applicable laws.
Any alterations, add or remove the signatories and/or account operation conditions, is required to notify the Woori Bank in writing and also required to provide the legal documents as determined by Woori Bank. Unless, Woori bank

អតិថិជនĘត�វពិនិតJ និងេផ��ង@�ត់bល់ព័ត៌bនេ�េលើБកJេស�ើសុំ និងេធ�ើ�រជូនដំណឹងមក�ន់ បុគ�លិក�រ��ល័យb4របស់ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ��មៗ ក��ងករណីព័ត៌bនមិនĘតឹមĘត�វ មុនេពល ចុះហត�េល4េលើБកJេស�ើសុំេនះ។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� នឹងេធ�ើ�របL.ំង ឬបង�កគណនីរបស់អតិថិជន�បេd�ះ�សន� េ�េពលbន�រ សងJ័យ ឬទទួលkនលិខិតេស�ើសុំ�ផ��វ�រពីធP�រ�តិៃនកម��� ឬតុb�រ ឬ���ធរБក់ព័ន� ឬbន�រតĘម�វេ�យច�ប់។ bល់មូលបJBនប័Ęតែដលkនេចញផ�យĘត�វbនសំវ�@នធនĘគប់Ę�ន់សĘbប់ឲJធP�រ

Customer is obligated to validate any related legal documents which is kept in Woori Bank when it is about to reach the expiration date.
In case of dispute, customer willing to cooperate with the bank to find solution and follow the Woori Bank’s policy and applicable laws for resolutions.
Customer shall thoroughly review and verify information on the application and immediately notice Branch’s staff of Woori Bank of any incorrect information before signing this application.
Woori Bank will block or freeze the customer account temporary when it is suspected or received an official request letter from the National Bank of Cambodia or court or related authorities or as required by law.
Each Checks issued must provide sufficient funds for the bank to be paid; otherwise, the customer will be fined and/or imprisoned in accordance with the law on Banking and Financial Institutions of Kingdom of Cambodia and/or responsible law.
All issued checks shall be paid at presented date, and even any holder presents check before its due date, the checks shall still be paid at the presented date. Thus you must ensure all checks issue mush have sufficient funds, otherwise, the Bank has no liability to you for this case.

មូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលេĘបើĘkស់េដើមJីដកĘkក់ពីគណនីរបស់េbក-េbកĘសីĘត�វែត�មូលបJBន ប័Ęតែដលេkះពុម� និងេចញេĘបើĘkស់េ�យធP�រ េហើយĘត�វបំេពញ�មលក.ខណ�របស់ ធP�រ។ មូលបJBនប័Ęតនីមួយៗ Ęត�វចុះហត�េល4េ�យអ�កែដល bនសិទ�ិចុះហត�េល4។
េ�េពលធP�រយល់@ មូលបJBនប័Ęតdមួយមិន�ចេធ�ើ�រទូBត់kន ធP�រ�ច បង�ិលមូលបJBនប័ĘតេPះេæអ�ក�ន់វ�ញ (ែតេនះមិនែមន��តព�កិច�របស់ធP�រេទ) និង បb�ក់ពីេហតុផលែដលមិន�ចទូBត់kន។ ធP�រនឹងមិនទទួលខុសĘត�វចំេБះ ផលប៉ះБល់ dមួយ ែដល�ចេកើតេឡើងចំេБះេbក-េbកĘសី ឬ�គីទីបី េ�យbរ�រមិនទទួលទូBត់ មូលបJBនប័ĘតេPះេទ េBះ�មូលបJBនប័ĘតេPះ�ចទទួលទូBត់kនក៏េ�យ។ �រអនុវត�
ែបបេនះ េធ�ើឲJធP�រ�ច េធ�ើĘបតិបត�ិ�រĘបកបេ�យសុចរ�ត�ព។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� bនសិទ�ិĘគប់Ę�ន់ ក��ង�រមិនទទួលយកមូលបJBនប័Ęតdមួយ ែដលសĘbប់
�ក់បБ��លេæក��ងគណនីĘបសិនេបើេb�ះរបស់អ�កទទួលផលេ�េលើមូលបJBនប័Ęតមិនដូច��
េæនឹងេb�ះគណនី ែដលbន�មួយធP�រ។ ធP�រ�ចទទួលយកĘkក់បេБ�ើ�មូលបJBនប័Ęត kន�មឆP�នុសិទ�ិរបស់ខ��ន។ �រេផ�ើ Ękក់រេបៀបេនះនឹងចូល�ធរbនេហើយអតិថិជននឹងទទួលkន�រĘkក់េĘ�យេពលធP�រ
េធ�ើ�រ@ត់Bត់េ�ឯស�@ត់Bត់�តិរួចbល់។ េ�េពលទទួលមូលបJBនប័Ęត�ក់Ękក់បេБ�ើ ធP�រនឹងេចញប័ណ�ទទួលĘkក់ជូនអតិថិជនេដើមJីបb�ក់ និងទទួលb�ល់@ kនទទួល មូលបJBនប័Ęត និងេដើមJី�មូល��នក��ង�របБ��លទឹកĘkក់េæក��ងគណនីអតិថិជន។ ធP�រ នឹងមិនទទួលខុសĘត�វចំេБះ�រ�ក់Ękក់បេБ�ើ�មូលបJBនប័Ęតdែដល��នប័ណ�ទទួល Ękក់េចញេ�យធP�រេឡើយ។ អតិថិជនĘត�វពិនិតJចំនួនទឹកĘkក់ក��ងគណនីមុននឹងេចញមូលបJBនប័ĘតសĘbប់�រទូBត់។ ក��ងករណីទឹកĘkក់ក��ងគណនីអតិថិជនមិនĘគប់Ę�ន់ឬមិនេស�ើនឹងមូលបJBនប័Ęតែដលkន
េចញ ធP�រbនសិទ�ិ�ក់ពិន័យ�bច់Ękក់�មេ�ល�រណ៍េ�យ�ត់េចញពីគណនីរបស់ អតិថិជន។
ធP�រbនសិទ�ិ ក��ង�របБ��នព័ត៌bនៃន�រេចញមូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលមិនbនទឹកĘkក់Ęគប់ Ę�ន់ក��ងគណនីចរន� េæឲJតតីយជន�មរយៈេĘកឌីតបJ�រ�ូ (CBC) សĘbប់េ�លបំណងដូចbន
ែចងក��ងĘប�សស�ីពី�រែចករ�ែលកព័ត៌bនឥណBន។ អតិថិជនĘត�វែតទទួលខុសĘត�វចំេБះ�ររក�សុវត�ិ�ពៃនេសៀវេ�មូលបJBនប័Ęតរបស់ខ��ន។ ក��ងករណីែដលមូលបJBនប័ĘតĘត�វkនលួចឬkត់អតិថិជនĘត�វbយ�រណ៍មកធP�រេ�យkន
េលឿនបំផុត។ អតិថិជន�ចេស�ើសុំបБ�ប់មូលបJBនប័Ęត ឬេbឃ�ព�របБ�ប់មូលBនប័Ęត�មួយធP�រ សĘbប់មូលបJBនប័Ęតែដលមិន@�ប់kនបL�ញសĘbប់េធ�ើ�រទូBត់។ �រេស�ើសុំĘត�វែតេធ�ើ
េឡើង�bយលក.ណ៍អកJរ េ�យបb�ក់េb�ះ េលខគណនី េលខមូលបJBនប័Ęត ៃថ�ែខេចញ និងចំនួនទឹកĘkក់ៃនមូលបJBនប័Ęត និងមូលេហតុៃន�រេស�ើសុំ។ ធP�ររក�សិទ�ិក��ង�រ�ក់ កំហិតឲJបង់ៃថ�េសaៃន�រែណPំ4ងេលើ�មេ�ល�រណ៍របស់ធP�រ។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� bនសិទ�ិក��ង�របL.ំង ឬ បង�ក ឬ បិទគណនីរបស់អតិថិជនេ�យមិនbន�រជូន ដំណឹង�មុនĘបសិនេបើ៖
• អតិថិជនេចញមូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលមិនbនទឹកĘkក់Ęគប់Ę�ន់ក��ងគណនីេលើសពីបី(៣)ដង។
• អតិថិជនមិនkនអនុវត�េæ�មេ�ល�រណ៍ច�ប់ ឬបទបБ�ត�ិេផJងៗ Бក់ព័ន�នឹង�រĘបតិបត�ិ គណនីដូច�ច�ប់សព� ី�រĘប�ំង�រសb�តĘkក់និងហិរБ�បJBនេភរវកម�ច�ប់សព� ី�រĘប�ំង ហិរБ�បJBនដល់�ររ�កbយ�យ�វុធមkĘបល័យ។ល។
• Ęបតិបត�ិ�រគណនីអតិថិជនផ��យនឹងច�ប់ ឬបទបБ�ត�ិេផJងៗៃនĘពះb�dចĘកកម��� ឬ Ęបេទសដៃទេទៀត ឬ�ប់Бក់ព័ន�េ�យ@�ល់ ឬេ�យĘបេ�ល �មួយបុគ�ល ឬអង��ពែដល Ęត�វkនkម�ត់ ឬ�Ęបេ�ជន៍បេĘមើដល់សកម��ពេល�ើសច�ប់ ឬេផ�រĘkក់េæមក ពី បd�Ęបេទសែដលស�ិតក��ងទណ�កម�េសដ�កិច�។ល។
• គណនីមិនbនសមតុលJbច់Ękក់(សមតុលJសូនJ)�មួយនឹងរយៈេពល�ក់bក់dមួយ
ែដលĘត�វkនកំណត់េ�យ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។ អតិថិជនĘត�វែតbន�រĘបុងĘបយ័ត�េដើមJីេជៀសaង�រេ�សលុប ឬែកែĘបមូលបJBនប័Ęត េចញ
េ�យអតិថិជន។ ធP�រសូមរក�សិទ�ិ មិនទូBត់សងĘkក់ និងមិនĘបគល់ជូនវ�ញនូវ មូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលធP�រយល់េឃើញ@bនb�មេ�សលុប ឬែកែĘបdមួយែដលមិន
�ចទទួលយកkន។ អតិថិជនĘត�វĘបគល់មូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលពុំBន់kនេĘបើĘkស់Ęតឡប់មកធP�រវ�ញ Ęបសិនេបើ អតិថិជនេស�ើសុំបិទគណនីចរន�។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� មិនទទួលមូលបJBនប័ĘតែដលkនបL�ញសĘbប់េធ�ើ�រទូBត់ េលើសពីរយៈេពល Ękំមួយ (៦) ែខ េ�យbប់@ប់ពីៃថ�ែដលkនកំណត់េ�េលើមូលបJBនប័Ęត។
េដើមJីែកែĘបេលើកំហុសតិចតួចេលើ�រសរេសរេលើមូលបJBនប័Ęត អតិថិជនĘត�វឆូតចំណ�ចែដល ខុស និងចុះហត�េល4េលើែផ�កែដលkនែក។
ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� រក�សិទ�ិĘគប់��ងក��ង�របែន�ម លុប ឬែកែĘបលក.ខណ�Ęបតិបត�ិគណនី4ងេលើ និង លក.ខណ�េផJងេទៀត េ�យមិនbន�រជូនដំណឹង �មុនេឡើយ។

Check drawn from your account must be on the forms printed and supplied by the Bank and completed in the manner required by the Bank. Each check must be signed by the authorized signatories in the same style as the specimen registered with the Bank and stamp (if any).
In the event that the Bank dishonors a check, the Bank may return the check to the presenter (it is not the bank obliged) and state the reason the check is dishonor. The Bank shall not be liable to you or to any third party for dishonoring a check even if the check could have been honor. This provides the Bank acts in good faith.
Woori Bank reserves the right not to accept check for credit to an account if the payees name is not identical to that of the Customer shown on the Bank’s record. The Bank, at its discretion, may accept deposits funded by check. Such deposits will become effective and earn interest after they have been cleared at National Clearing House. A receipt issued by the Bank must be issue to acknowledge all deposits paid to the Bank for credit to an account. The Bank will not be liable to account for deposits where no such receipt has been issue.
The customer must check the account balance before issuing Check. In case account balance is insufficient or is not equal to amount written in Check, the bank shall impose a penalty charge as determined by the Bank which shall be debited the Customer’s Account.
The Bank reserves the right to submit any information of check issuing with insufficient fund to third parties through Credit Bureau for the purposes stated in Xxxxxx on sharing credit information.
Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of their check books. In the event that any checks are lost, stolen or misled, the customer must immediately report the matter to the Bank.
Customer can request “Check Stop Payment” or “Revoke Stop Payment” with the bank for any check that never present for payment. The customer will pay fee charges for stop payment instructions or revoke stop payment instructions as determined by the bank.
Woori Bank reserves the right to block/freeze/close the customer’s account without prior notice, if:
• The check return more than three (3) with Insufficient Funds reason.
• Customers do not comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with account operation such as Law on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.
• The account transaction of customer might violate any Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia or any other country or directly or indirectly involve with any designated individual or entity prohibition or any illegal activities or transfer in-out with sanction countries, etc.
• For any account with zero balance with a specific period which is defined by the WBC.
Customer must be taken to avoid making alterations on Check drawn by the Customer. The Bank reserves the right not to honor and return Check which in the Bank’s absolute opinion bears any form of unacceptable alteration.
The customer is required to return the blank check to the bank, if he/she intent to close the current account.
Woori Bank will not accept for the Check presented for payment more than six months of its date (Stale Check).
To make minor modification any statement, the customer must cross out the error statement and signs above the corrected parts.
Woori Bank reserves its full rights to add, delete, change or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

២. អតិថិជន�ចទូBត់�មរយៈ�រេស�ន KHQR កូដរបស់Бណិជ�ករ �មរយៈកម�វ�ធីធP�រចល័ត ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ឬកម�វ�ធីហិរБ�វត��ែដលĘត�វkនចុះបБ�ីេ�ធP�រ�តិ ឬ�សbជិកkគង។
៣. �រទូBត់�មរយៈ�រេស�ន KHQR កូដ គឺដំេណើរ�រែតរូបិយប័ណ� េរៀល និងដុb�រ ែត ។
ខ. �តព�កិច� និង�រទទួលខុស��វរបស់ Aណិជ�ករ
1. Clients can make payment by scanning KHQR code of merchant which is issued by Woori Bank.
2. Clients can make payment by scanning KHQR Code of merchant through Woori Mobile Banking and/or any compatible financial app registered under NBC or Bakong member.
3. KHQR Code payment is available for KHR and USD.

៤. ចូលរួមផJព�ផ�យអំពី�រទូBត់េ�េលើបd�ញផJព�ផ�យរបស់ខ��ន។
៥. យល់ĘពមឲJ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� េĘបើĘkស់b�កយីេk (Logo) របស់ខ��នក��ងេ�លបំណងេធ�ើ�រ ផJព�ផ�យ េ�េលើបd�ញផJព�ផ�យរបស់ខ��ន រួមBំងb4Bំងអស់របស់ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ក��ងអំឡ�ងេពលលក.ខណ�bនĘបសិទ��ព។
៦. Бណិជ�ករមិនអនុb�តេ�យគិតតៃម�បែន�មេលើĘបតិបត�ិ�រdមួយេឡើយលុះĘ�ែតៃថ�េសaែបប
េនះĘត�វkនអនុម័តពីមុនេ�ក��ងកិច�ĘពមេĘពៀងБណិជ�ករ។ ĘបសិនេបើБណិជ�ករបែន�មៃថ�េសa បែន�មេæេលើĘបតិបត�ិ�រdមួយ ឬបដិេសធ�រទូBត់�មរយៈ�រេស�ន KHQR កូដរបស់ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� េ�យមិនbនមូលេហតុសមរមJ Бណិជ�ករ នឹងទទួលខុសĘត�វចំេБះ�រ@កពិន័យ
. ែដលកំណត់េ�យធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
៧. ក��ង�រ@�ស់ប��រព័ត៌bន ឬ លក.ណៈៃន�ជីវកម�របស់Бណិជ�ករ រួមBំង�រលក់ផលិតផល ឬេសaកម�dមួយែដលមិនBក់ទងនឹង�ជីវកម�បច��បJន�របស់Бណិជ�ករែដលេកើតbនេឡើង/ ឬបិទ�ជីវកម� Бណិជ�ករĘត�វជូនដំណឹងេæ�ន់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
៨. Бណិជ�ករមិនĘត�វផ�ល់Ękក់កម�ីខុសច�ប់, ជួយbងលុយកខ�ក់, េធ�ើ�ជីវកម�dមួយែដល Бក់ព័ន�នឹងរូបិយប័ណ�Ęគីបតូ, សកម��ពេលងែលJងសុីសង, សកម��ពែក�ងបន�ំ ឬ�រលក់របស់
ែក�ង��យ ឬផលិតផលេ@រកម�។
៩. Ęបតិបត�ិ�រ Бណិជ�ករអន�ញ ឬ�រេធ�ើសកម��ពБណិជ�កម��មអុីនធឺណិត Бណិជ�ករĘត�វ kនតĘម�វឱJផ�ល់លិខិតអនុb�តБណិជ�កម�េអឡិចĘត�និក ឬ���ប័ណ�Бណិជ�កម�េអឡិចĘត�និក បែន�មេទៀត។
១០. អនុេbម�មខែចង និងលក.ខណ�េផJងៗ ែដលbនេ�ក��ងលក.ខណ�ទូេæេនះ ដូចkនេរៀបbប់ លម�ិតេ�ក��ងបទបJБ�ត�ិរបស់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
គ. �របA�ប់លក.ខណ��a
១. លក.ខណ�ៃន�រេស�ើសុំេនះេ�ែតbនសុពល�ពលុះĘ�ែត�គីdមួយផ�ល់ដំណឹងដល់�គ b.ងេទៀត� bយលក.ណ៍អកJរស�ីពី�របБ�ប់ ឬ េbឃ�ពរបស់ខ��ន ��ងតិចេ�យkនមុន
bមសិប (៣០) ៃថ�។
B. Merchant’s Obligations
1. Provide training to their new staff to ensure they are clear about the payment service process with Woori Bank and provide other training as required by regulator if any.
2. Provide support and facilitation to the clients of Woori Bank so as to receive successful payment.
3. Display Woori Bank KHQR any related materials in order to promote the advertisement activities of the payment service.
4. Engage in the advertisement of promotional program on its social media.
5. Allow Woori Bank to use its logo/brand name with a purpose of making advertisement on its social media including all branches of Woori Bank during the terms and conditions are in effect.
6. Merchant are prohibited from adding any additional fees to any Transactions unless such fees have been previously approved in the Merchant Agreement. If you add any additional fees to any Transactions or reject the payment through scanning any type of Woori Bank KHQR code without proper reasons, merchant will be liable for penalties to be imposed by Woori Bank.
7. Any change information or change in the business nature of your business, including selling any products or services not related to your current business, takes place, and/or close your business or becomes insolvent or bankrupt shall be informed to the Bank.
8. Merchant shall not assist in illegal money lending, assist money laundering, engage in any business dealings involving with cryptocurrencies, gambling activities, fraudulent activities, or the sale of counterfeit or stolen items.
9. Operate under online merchant or conduct ecommerce activities, merchant is required to provide E-commerce Permit or E-Commerce License for supplementary.
10. Fully comply with the terms and conditions set out hereunder as mentioned detail in the bylaw of Woori Bank.
C. Termination of Service
២. េ�េពលkនជូនដំណឹង�bយលក.ណ៍អកJរេæ Бណិជ�ករ រួចbល់េហើយ ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� bនសិទ�ិ បБ�ប់លក.ខណ�ៃន�រេស�ើសុំេនះ��ម ក��ងករណីែដលБណិជ�ករ ខក4នពុំkនបំេពញ�តព�កិច� dមួយរបស់ខ��ន ឬកJ័យធន ឬអbធន�ព ឬរកេឃើញ@Бណិជ�ករ bនБក់ព័ន�នឹង សកម��ពេល�ើសច�ប់dមួយ។
៣. ក��ងករណីបБ�ប់េសaេនះ Бណិជ�ករ Ęត�វបន�ទទួលទូBត់ និងអនុវត��មលក.ខណ�PPៃន�រ
េស�ើសុំេនះរហូត ដល់�លបរ�េច�ទៃនេសចក�ីជូនដំណឹងស�ីពីេbឃ�ពចូល�ធរbន។
៤. េĘ�យេពលបБ�ប់េសaេនះ Бណិជ�ករ Ęត�វបБJប់�រេĘបើĘkស់និមិត�សb� b�កសb�ល់ ឬ សb�រៈផJព�ផ�យ ឬ អ�ីេផJងេទៀតែដលផ�ល់ជូនេ�យធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ។
៥. Бណិជ�ករ Ęត�វបន�រក�ទុកគណនីធP�ររយៈេពល��ងតិចមួយ (០១) ែខបP�ប់ពី�លបរ�េច�ទ បБ�ប់េសaេនះេដើមJីឲJធP�រ អ៊ូរ� ទូBត់ទឹកĘkក់Ęបតិបត�ិ�រBំង�យែដលេ�សល់។
៦. ធP�រ អ៊ូរ� �មឆP�នុសិទ�ិ bនសិទ�ិបែន�ម លុប @�ស់ប��រ ឬ ែកែĘប ខែចង និងលក.ខណ� ែដលkន
ែចងេ�4ងេលើពីេពលមួយេæេពលមួយ �មរយៈ�រជូនដំណឹង�មុន�មមេធ�kយ េផJងៗ។
�មរយៈ�របន�េĘបើĘkស់េសaកម� អតិថិជនយល់Ęពមចង�តព�កិច��មផ��វច�ប់ និងេ�រព�ម លក.ខណ�ថ�ីែដល�ក់េ�យធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
ឃ. ខ��ំ/�ើងខំ�� kន�ន យល់ចfiស់ និង�ម�រព�ម បទបA�ត�ិ និងលក.ខណ�ទូ�របស់ធP�រ អ៊ូរ�។
1. This terms and conditions shall remain in force unless one party notifies to other party in writing about termination at least 30 days in advance.
2. When merchant is notified in writing, Woori Bank has right to terminate this terms and conditions immediately in case merchant fails to fulfill any of its obligation or bankrupt or insolvent or find that merchant is involved in any illegal activities.
3. In case of service termination, merchant shall continue to accept the payment and comply the terms and conditions of the service until the terminated service date is effective.
4. After this service termination, Merchant shall stop using any logo or sign or advertising material or others provided by Woori Bank.
5. Merchant shall maintain the bank account at least one month after service termination date in order Woori Bank settles any remaining balance.
6. Woori Bank may, at its sole discretion, add, delete, alter, change, revise, or amend the terms and conditions set forth herein by serving a prior notice through any means from time to time. By continue using the service, Xxxxxxxx agrees to be bound and comply with such new terms and conditions imposed by Woori Bank”.
D. We shall read and fully understand this general terms and conditions of Woori Bank and agree to be bound by them.
