Order. (a) An Order constitutes an offer by Distributor to purchase Products in accordance with this Agreement. Distributor is responsible for ensuring that the terms of the Order are complete and accurate enabling Company to perform this Agreement, including accurate description of Products and exact quantity required, and detailed packaging & shipping instructions including commercial invoice.
