Common use of DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION. 7.1. All data, documents and other information related to the goods or the Buyer's activity, which were provided by the Buyer to the Seller ,or which were created by the Seller when concluding or performing this Contract are confidential. The Seller undertakes not to disclose such confidential information to any third party other than the Supplier, provided that the Supplier also complies with the confidentiality obligation. The Seller undertakes not to use such information for any other purposes than the performance of its obligations under the Contract and, upon the Buyer's request, the Seller must return any documents received from the Buyer.
