Su konkurso taisyklėmis/sąlygomis susipažinau, savo vaiko dalyvavimui konkurse esant tokioms taisyklėms/sąlygoms neprieštarauju/prieštarauju – (PABRAUKTI vieną).

Suprantu, kad konkursas jokiais atvejais nėra atsakingas už turtinę ir neturtinę žalą, galimai patirtą dėl vaiko traumų ar sveikatos sutrikdymų ir tam

Sutinku, kad konkurso metu sukurtos nuotraukos, vaizdo įrašai gali būti naudojami konkurso reikmėms ir tam neprieštarauju / prieštarauju – (PABRAUKTI vieną).

I acknowledge that I read and understood rules and regulations of the competition and agree / disagree (CIRCLE ONE) for my child to participate.

I further understand and agree / disagree (CIRCLE ONE) that the VYBC organizers will not be held responsible in any way for any material or immaterial harm that can potentially be caused by the injuries or other health related issues during the competition.

I agree / disagree (CIRCLE ONE) that videos and pictures taken during the competition may be used for the purposes of the competition
