Annexes it is a part of SC which in detail provides information on object of the agreement, services, purchased goods, price and payment conditions, work execution schedules/deadlines, etc. are detailed. Annexes shall usually be drawn up according to the subject of the Agreement. E.g. when the Customer acquires installation works and SPE licenses, 2 appendices are attached to the SS: Annex A (Licenses) and Annex B (Implementation).
