RETURN OF THE PREMISES. 7.1. The Tenant shall be liable to transfer the Premises to the Lessor by a handover-acceptance act in condition not worse than they were before the Tenant has received them. Prior to vacation of the Premises the Tenant shall be liable to at its own expense to eliminate damages and defects that have occurred through the Tenant’s fault and provide a full cleanup of the Premises.
