The PARTIES listed above hereby agree that they shall be considered partners in business for the following purpose:
1. VIENOŠANĀS PRIEKŠMETS Ievērojot šī līguma nosacījumus, PUSES viena otrai sniedz pakalpojumus, kas saistīti ar PK rīkotajiem pasākumiem laika periodā 01.06.2022-31.05.2023 zemāk minētajām PK gada aktivitātēm. vienojas, ka PARTNERIS iesaistās KONKURSU norisēs kā atbalstītājs, sponsors vai ģenerālsponsors, sniedzot līgumā minētos pakalpojumus; vienojas par sponsora statusam atbilstošu atbalstu _______________ € (_____________ ) EUR apmērā, ko PARTNERIS varēs nodrošināt dalot ( atbilstoši iepriekš minētajam atbalsta sadalījumam) pārtikas produktu, citu nepieciešamo inventāru un priekšmetu veidā, transporta un izmitināšanas veidā, vai sedzot citas ar LGP 2022 konkursu un Biedrības pavāru klubs un Bocuse d’Or Latvijas akadēmijas darbību, sagatavošanu saistītos izdevumus, kas radīsies komandas sagatavošanas gaitā. Atbalsta līmeņis : ____________________ (atbalstītājs/sponsors/ģenerālsponsors).	1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1 On behalf of this Partnership Agreement the PARTIES shall provide their services and best efforts to each other, referring to the events organized by PK (01.01.2022-31.05.2023) for sponsorship the furtherer mentioned activities performed by PK. 1.2 Agree that the PARTNER is involved in the COMPETITIONS as a Supporter, Sponsor or the General Sponsor, providing the services enlisted in the Partnership Agreement; 1.3. Agree that the Sponsor shall provide the financial support in compliance with the Sponsor’s status, the amount of € _________ (____________) EUR. Sponsorship can be proceded partly (according to the sponsorship split previously mentioned ) by the food ingredients, other products, traveling and accomodation gift vouchers or other type of support for chefs competition “Latvian chef of the year 2022”, Latvian chefs club and Bocuse d'Or Latvia organized events. As well as PK events expense coverage in terms of training of the Latvian competitor team.  1.4 Levels of sponsorship:________________ level.
2. PK APŅEMAS (atbilstoši PARTNERA sponsora statusam): nodrošināt PARTNERA logotipa izvietošanu parentētajos materiālos, xxx.xxxx.xx mājas lapā, organizatoru vai dalībnieku formā konkursu vai pasākumu laikā, visā iepriekš minētajā laika periodā. Organizējot “Latvijas 2022.gada pavāra un pavārzeļļa” konkursu un Baltijas profesionālo skolu konkursu “Zero waste challange 2022” Riga food laikā 8.09-10.09.22 BT1 izstāžu zālē, ka arī degustācijas, diskusija vai prezentācijas, iesaistīt PARTNERI, tādā veidā reklamējot to un/vai viņa izvēlēto produktu. Izmantot partnera produktus un Dod iespēju piešķirt dāvanas konkursantiem apbalvošanas laikā. Rīkojot Novadu Garšas konferenci (30.09.22-1.10.22) nodrošināt PARTNERA atpazīstamību un produktu sortimenta atspoguļošanu “Virtuves sarunu” meistarklašu laikā. Popularizēt partnera produktus skolu pavāru konkursā “Mana novada garša 2022”. Dod iespēju piešķirt dāvanas konkursantiem apbalvošanas laikā. 2.5. Papildus pasākums, sadarbībā ar PARTNERI, tai skaitā vai aizvietojot kādu iepriekš minētiem. ____________________________________, kas ir organizēts laika periodā ____________________________________.	2. PK OBLIGATIONS (in compliance with the PARTNER’S sponsor’s status): 2.1. PK is taking obligation to communicate socially using the sponsor logo, on printed materials, xxx.xxxx.xx webpage, organizers or competitors uniform, all the culinary and social event organized by PK while the contract is valid.  2.2 Organizing “Latvian chef of the 222 year and commis chef of the 2022 year” competition and Baltic professional school team competition “Zero waste cjhallange”, during Riga food 2022 exhibition in BT1 exhition hall 8.09-10.09.22. , as well as degustation, discussion, presentation or other, showcasing the the products of the PARTNER to promote a company or/and products. To give the possibility for taking part on the prize giving ceremony. 2.3. To showcase PARTNER’s products and logo in Novadu Garšas conference (30.09.22-01.10.22). give the possibility for showing the products or logo on the “Virtuves sarunas” master classes. 2.4. Showcase Partnert’s ingredients on the “Mana Novada garša 2022” school, chef’s team competiton and give the possibility for taking part on the prize giving ceremony. 2.5. Special event or project in cooperation with the PARTNER instead or extra ____________________________________, hold on the period of ____________________________________.
3. PARTNERIS APŅEMAS (atbilstoši izvēlētajam sponsora statusam): nodrošināt PK ar KONKURSANTIEM nepieciešamo partnera produkciju; nodrošināt PK rīkotājus ar nepieciešamajiem PARTNERA informatīvajiem un reklāmas materiāliem bez maksas; materiāli jāiesniedz otrai PUSEI šādos formātos: • fotogrāfijas: *.jpg vai *.tiff (lielākas par 4 Mpix); • logotips: *.eps, *.ai, vai *.cdr vektoru formātā (papildus arī *.jpg, *.pdf vai *.png); • video: *.mpeg, *.mov, *.mpeg-4, *.dv, maksimālais video rullīša laiks ne liekāks kā 5 minūtes; Materiālus iesniedz ne vēlāk par 30 dienām pirms kārtēja pasākuma. apmaksāt līguma punktā 1.3 minēto summu atbilstoši PK izrakstītajā rēķinā norādītajam termiņam;	3. THE PARTNER’S OBLIGATIONS (in compliance with the Sponsor’s chosen status): to guarantee the supply of necessary PARTNER’S products for the PK COMPETITORS; to supply the PK organizers with all the necessary PARTNER’S informative and commercial materials free of charge; the materials to be presented to the other partners in the formats as follows: • photographs: *.jpg or *.tiff (larger than 4 Mpix); • logos: *.eps, *.ai, or *.cdr in the vector format (in addition also *.jpg, *.pdf or *.png); • video: *.mpeg, *.mov, *.mpeg-4, *.dv, the maximum video clip time shall not exceed 5 minutes; All materials must be given to organizers not later than 30 days before upcoming event. to transfer the payable sum in accordance with the item 1.3 in compliance with PK given payment bill ;
5. VIENOŠANĀS TERMIŅŠ Vienošanās stājas spēkā ar tās parakstīšanas brīdi un ir spēkā līdz 2022. gada __________.	5. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT The term of this Agreement shall start at the moment when it is signed and terminates for the period on ______________ 2022.
6. CITI NOTEIKUMI Par otrai PUSEI nodarītajiem zaudējumiem, kas radušies, neizpildot vai nepilnīgi izpildot vienošanās noteikumus, vainīgā PUSE atlīdzina otrai PUSEI nodarītos zaudējumus; zaudējumu segšana neatbrīvo no vienošanās un saistību izpildes pienākuma. Neviena no PUSĒM netiek uzskatīta par atbildīgu vienošanās noteikumu neizpildē vai nepilnīgā izpildē, ja tas noticis cilvēka vai dabas izraisītu katastrofu rezultātā, masu nekārtību, militārās darbības, kā arī valsts institūciju lēmumu rezultātā. Visus strīdus PUSES risina sarunu ceļā. Ja neizdodas panākt vienošanos, strīds pēc pušu iesniegtajiem dokumentiem tiek izskatīts Biznesa šķīrējtiesā saskaņā ar tās reglamentu viena tiesneša sastāvā.	6. DISPUTES 6.1 The losses of the partnership that might be suffered by the other Party, that might occur due to the failure to perform in full or partly the conditions of the Agreement, shall be compensated by the guilty party to the PARTNER, the compensation of the losses shall not release the guilty party from fulfilling the mutual obligations under the Agreement. 6.2 No PARTY shall be deemed guilty for not performing the obligations in full or partly, if the failure has occurred as a result of a person’s accident or nature disaster, mass disorders, military actions, or due to the orders issued by the state institutions. 6.3 All the Disputes shall be negotiated and solved mutually by the PARTIES. In case the PARTIES fail to perform that, the Dispute shall be solved by the Business Court consisting of one judge on the basis of the attached documents in compliance with the Regulations.
