Rīga DATUMS SKATĀMS DOKUMENTA PARAKSTA LAIKA ZĪMOGĀ
AS "Citadele banka", AS "SEB banka", AS "Swedbank", Latvijas Banka, Latvijas Finanšu nozares asociācija (turpmāk – FNA) un Luminor Bank AS Latvijas filiāle (turpmāk visas kopā – Puses; katra atsevišķi arī – Puse) noslēdz šādu papildu vienošanos (turpmāk – Vienošanās) pie 2021. gada 3. septembrī starp Pusēm noslēgtā sadarbības memoranda par skaidrās naudas pieejamības nodrošināšanu Latvijas iedzīvotājiem (turpmāk – Memorands).
1. Puses vienojas izdarīt šādus grozījumus Memorandā:
1.1. aizstāt visā Memoranda tekstā skaitli "2023" ar skaitli "2024";
1.2. izteikt Memoranda 3.1.1.1. apakšpunktu šādā redakcijā:
"3.1.1.1. Memoranda pielikumā minēto bankomātu skaitu valstspilsētās Administratīvo teritoriju un apdzīvoto vietu likuma izpratnē, izņemot Rīgu, līdz 2024. gada 1. janvārim var samazināt ne vairāk kā par 5 procentiem no Memoranda pielikumā minētā attiecīgās Nozīmīgās kredītiestādes nodrošinātā kopējā bankomātu skaita valstspilsētās, izņemot Rīgu;";
1.3. izteikt Memoranda pielikumu jaunā redakcijā (Vienošanās pielikumā).
2. Vienošanās ir Memoranda neatņemama sastāvdaļa.
3. Vienošanās stājas spēkā tās parakstīšanas dienā.
4. Vienošanās ir sagatavota elektroniskā dokumenta veidā uz 7 (septiņām) lapām, tajā skaitā pielikums uz 5 (piecām) lapām. Pusēm ir pieejama visu Pušu parakstīta Vienošanās elektroniskā formātā.
1st Amendment to
the Memorandum of Cooperation
on Ensuring Access to Cash for Residents of Latvia

AS Citadele banka, AS SEB banka, AS Swedbank, the Bank of Latvia, the Finance Latvia Association (hereinafter referred to as the FLA) and AS Luminor Bank Latvian branch (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties; each separately also referred to as a Party) enter into the following Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Amendment") to the Memorandum of Cooperation on Ensuring Access to Cash for Residents of Latvia concluded between the Parties on 3 September 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Memorandum").
1. The Parties agree to amend the Memorandum as follows:
1.1. to replace the figure "2023" with figure "2024" in the entire text of the Memorandum;
1.2. subclause 3.1.1.1 shall be amended to read as follows:
"3.1.1.1. the number of ATMs, as mentioned in the annex to the Memorandum for republican cities in the interpretation of the Law on Administrative Territories and Populated Areas, with the exception of Riga, may be reduced before 1 January 2024 by no more than 5 per cent of the current total number of ATMs maintained by the relevant Major Credit Institution in republican cities, with the exception of Riga, as per the Annex to the Memorandum;";
1.3. the Annex to the Memorandum shall be amended to read as in the Annex of the Amendment.
2. The Amendment shall constitute an integral part of the Memorandum.
3. The Amendment shall come into force on the date of signing.
