Content Agreement. Licensor grants Purchaser a license for the Services that are included on the Order Form; this is the ‘User License’. In addition, Licensor bills Purchaser a monthly fee that regards the maintenance of the Services (the ‘Service Charges’). The Services are specified in the User Guide. After adoption of the Agreement, Licensor can provide additional Services to Purchaser and/or make additional or deviating arrangements with Purchaser. This Agreement is applicable to the entire relationship between Licensor and Purchaser and therefore is not limited to the granting of the license for the Services that are included on the Order Form.
