Use, maintenance and repairs. 5.1 The Lessee or the Lease Bike Rider will take good care of the Lease Bike. The Lease Bike may never be used in a way that is not permitted under the Lease Bike Claims Settlement Arrangement (Kingpolis). The Lessee or the Lease Bike Rider may not modify the Lease Bike without NFP’s permission.
