Volmachtgever machtigt en verleent opdracht ,tegen vergoeding ,aan Xxxxxxxx Mobility The Netherlands om invoer aangifte

/uitvoeraangifte verrichten in Nederland op zijn of haar naam en rekening ten behoeve van zijn of haar zending verhuisgoederen.

Import :Volmachtgever heeft tevens kennis genomen van de voorwaarden zoals vermeld in het formulier “Aanvraag regeling verhuisgoederen” en verklaart hiermee tevens aansprakelijk te zijn voor alle Douane afdrachten (BTW, invoerrechten & boetes) die mogelijk voortkomen uit het niet voldoen aan gestelde eisen conform EU wet & regelgeving en het Douane wet boek van de unie ( DWU) .

Volmachtgever vrijwaart Gosselin Mobility The Netherlands van alle schade of nadeel tenzij deze voortvloeit uit opzet of grove schuld van de vennootschap zelf of van haar leidinggevende ondergeschikten.

Volmachtgever is verplicht gedurende een periode van 7 jaar na de datum waarop het douanetoezicht is geëindigd, per aangifte de originele bescheiden betreffende de aangifte, waarvan zij afschriften aan vertegenwoordiger heeft verstrekt, te bewaren

Principal hereby constitutes and appoints Gosselin Mobility The Netherlands to act for and on his or her behalf to declare customs entry /export into/out of The Netherlands for his or her shipment of removal goods.

IMPORT : Granter herewith declares having read and understood the terms and conditions as mentioned on the form “Application form for tax exemption” and will be fully liable for all import levies, duties, VAT or penalties resulting out of non-compliance with EU law and legislation and EU Customs regulations as laid down in the Union Customs Code (UCC )

Principal indemnifies Gosselin Mobility The Netherlands from and against all damages, claims or other expenses, unless caused by design or gross neglect on the part of the company or its supervisory employees.

Principal is obliged to keep, during a period of 7 years, a copy of the documents and records provided by him/it pertaining to each declaration.
