Toepasselijkheid

Dit betreffen de betalingsvoorwaarden van bij Zelfstandig Gevestigde Kinderartsen Nederland aangesloten praktijken, hierna: ZGKN-praktijken (zie: xxxxx://xxxx.xx/xxxxx )

Deze betalingsvoorwaarden zijn een verduidelijking van de afspraken zoals deze op grond van de Algemene Voorwaarden van toepassing zijn op de behandelovereenkomst tussen de ZGKN praktijk(en) en haar patiënt(en).

De zorg bij uw ZGKN praktijk wordt vergoed

Kindergeneeskundige zorg is medisch specialistische zorg en valt voor kinderen onder de basisverzekering. Er is geen “eigen risico” voor kinderen. De ZGKN-praktijk waar uw kind zorg krijgt heeft geen contract met uw zorgverzekeraar en daarom kunnen we de factuur niet direct naar de verzekeraar sturen. De zorgverzekeraar is echter verplicht tenminste een deel van de kosten te vergoeden. Afhankelijk van uw polis (natura of restitutie) vergoedt uw verzekeraar 65-100% van de rekening. Omdat de ZGKN-praktijk haar zorg voor iedereen beschikbaar wil laten zijn, neemt het de overige kosten voor haar eigen rekening. Er zijn voor u dus geen

kosten verbonden aan de consulten bij de ZGKN-praktijk.

Hoe komt de rekening tot stand?

De tarieven zijn landelijk vastgesteld door de Nederlandse Zorg Autoriteiten (NZA). Op basis van het aantal consulten in een periode van 3-4 maanden wordt het tarief automatisch bepaald. Consulten zijn fysieke afspraken bij de kinderarts, maar ook telefonische consulten, beeldbelconsulten en e-mail consulten vallen hier onder. De tarieven per 3 maanden variëren van €300 tot €1200. Deze tarieven zijn hetzelfde als de tarieven die ziekenhuizen direct in rekening brengen bij de zorgverzekeraar. Naast de praktijkkosten en het honorarium van de kinderarts moeten ook alle onderzoeken en overleggen uit dit tarief worden betaald. Alle ZGKN-praktijken zijn verplicht zich aan deze tarieven te houden.

Wat wordt er van u verwacht?

Na 3-4 maanden krijgt u de factuur per mail. Wij vragen u vervolgens om tijdig de factuur bij uw

zorgverzekeraar in te dienen. Dit kan vaak simpel via een app of online. Uw verzekeraar is verplicht u binnen 10 dagen uit te betalen. Zodra uw zorgverzekeraar het te vergoeden bedrag naar u heeft overgemaakt, maakt u dit bedrag over naar de ZGKN-praktijk die uw kind zorg heeft geleverd. U krijgt van uw ZGKN-praktijk een betalingstermijn van 30 dagen zodat u de factuur niet hoeft voor te schieten. In de mail met de factuur krijgt u alle informatie die u hiervoor nodig hebt.

Betaling

Xxxxx u er rekening mee dat u zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor de betaling aan uw ZGKN- praktijk. Bent u verzekerd bij ZZ, VGZ, ONVZ of DSW? Dan hoeft u niets te doen. De ZGKN- praktijken kunnen de rekening direct declareren. Voor DSW en ZZ hebben we van ouders dan wel een apart ondertekend toestemmingsformulier nodig; dat heet een Akte van cessie.

Applicability

These payment terms are a clarification of the agreements as they apply to the treatment agreement between the ZGKN practice(s) and its patient(s) under the General Terms and Cnditions.

Care at your ZGKN practice is reimbursed

Pediatric care is specialist medical care and is covered by basic insurance for children. There is no "deductible" for children. The ZGKN practice where your child receives care does not have a contract with your health insurer and therefore we cannot send the invoice directly to the insurer. However, the health insurer is obliged to reimburse at least part of the costs.

Depending on your policy (natura or restitution), your insurer will reimburse 65-100% of the bill. Because the ZGKN practice wants its care to be available to everyone, it takes care of the remaining costs. Therefore, there are no costs for you for consultations at the ZGKN practice.

How does the bill come about?

The rates are set nationwide by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA). Based on the number of consultations in a 3-4 month period, the rate is automatically determined. Consultations are physical appointments with the pediatrician, but they also include telephone consultations, video call consultations and e-mail consultations. The rates per 3 months range from €300 to

€1200. These rates are the same as the rates that hospitals charge directly to the health insurance company. In addition to practice costs and the pediatrician's fee, all examinations and consultations must be paid from this rate. All ZGKN practices are required to adhere to these

rates.

What is expected of you?

After 3-4 months, you will receive the invoice by mail. We then ask you to submit the invoice to your health insurance company in a timely manner. This can often be done simply through an app or online. Your insurer is required to pay you within 10 days. Once your health insurer has transferred the reimbursable amount to you, you transfer this amount to the ZGKN practice that provided care to your child. Your ZGKN practice will give you a 30-day payment period so that you do not have to advance the invoice. In the email with the invoice, you will get all the information you need to do this

Payment

Please note that you are responsible for payment to your ZGKN practice. Are you insured with ZZ, VGZ, ONVZ or DSW? Then you don't have to do anything. The ZGKN practices can bill directly. For DSW and ZZ, we do need a separately signed consent formfrom parents; this is called a Deed of Assignment.
