Implementation Aftercare Team Member
We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who want to be part of a major business transformation in the area of procurement and vendor
management at Rabobank.
You and your job
As a global bank, Rabobank works with more than 20.000 suppliers worldwide. To meet increasing regulatory and business requirements, Rabobank has initiated the PRISMA program to take its global processes for procurement and vendor management to the next level. In scope are the global processes for Sourcing, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Risk Assessment, Contracting and Vendor & Contract Management.
The implementation of the new way of working comprises not only newly designed processes, but also a new cloud-based IT application (SAP Ariba) to facilitate the process. Next to all technical aspects of the implementation, a very strong focus is on business change, i.e. enabling the future users to follow the new processes without friction. For this end, users throughout the Rabobank organization in the Netherlands are being trained and prepared to work according to the new standard.
But our task to enable users doesn’t end with the implementation date. To support the network of ‘superhero’ users during the hypercare period, a PRISMA Implementation Aftercare Team will be established. This is where you can make the difference.
Practical Examples
A ‘superhero’ user wants to determine which risks assessments one of her end users has to perform for a new supplier contract. A ‘superhero’ user inquires how a new supplier can register himself on the global SAP Ariba network.
A ‘superhero’ user asks how to complete a certain action in the SAP Ariba application.
Facts & Figures 36 hours per week.
The function is initially limited until 31 March 2023, but prolongation might be an option, depending on the situation. The PRISMA Implementation Aftercare Team will support ca. 30 ‘superhero’ users from all parts of the Rabobank organization in the Netherlands. 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world.
You responsibilities
-As part of the PRISMA business change team, you help ‘superhero’ users in their responsibility to train the end users to adapt to the new procurement and vendor management processes and tools by answering their requests.
-You are a linchpin between program and line organization, efficiently interacting with various experts, depending on the nature of the questions asked.
-You engage in other ad-hoc activities that are required within the business change team.
-You represent the users’ voice towards the other parts of the PRISMA program, contributing to the continuous improvement of the PRISMA solution.
-You provide regular updates to the PRISMA team on implementation progress by reporting number of questions and training needs of the superheroes.

You and your talent
-You bring knowledge of and experience with procurement and/or vendor management in a professional setting.
-In addition, you are eager to learn the ins and outs of Rabobank’s procurement process, the PRISMA solution and the SAP Ariba system.
-You a Primary program language is English (spoken and written), additionally native Dutch speakers are highly welcome.
-You are customer-focused and answer questions in a friendly matter
- You work pro-actively in supporting the ‘superhero’ user network.
- You’re a critical thinker, always looking for ways to improve the current way of working (and yourself).
- MBO degree or HBO degree with minimal 2 -3 year experience in procurement/vendor management or knowledge
