Common use of BRAND STORY SERVICE Clause in Contracts

BRAND STORY SERVICE. 7.1. You can start using the Brand Story Service through your Employer’s Panel by completing all the fields in the Brand Story form marked as obligatory, after the content of Brand Story has been verified and approved by our personnel and as soon as you have paid the Fee for the Brand Story Service in accordance with the Contract or Purchase Order. 7.2. In order for the Brand Story Service to be properly provided, you are obliged to provide us with the information necessary to complete your Brand Story profile on the Website. We reserve the right to extend the scope of information disclosed within your Brand Story profile as long as the Brand Story Service is active. 7.3. You are authorised to make changes in your Brand Story through your Employer’s Panel. 7.4. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract or Purchase Order, the Brand Story Service is made available to you for a period of 12 months starting from the first publication of your Brand Story profile on the Website. 7.5. You may opt out of the Brand Story Service at any time. In order to do so, you should contact our personnel by email at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx or by deleting your Employer’s Panel on your own. 7.6. Any materials and content published in your Brand Story profile are your property, however we are authorised to use them only to the extent necessary to publish them on the Website.
