DELIVERY PERIOD. 4. 1 The Supplier undertakes to deliver the ordered goods within the period specified in the order. Completion of the delivery will be confirmed by an acceptance report or by a stock issue document signed by the Parties.
DELIVERY PERIOD. 1. The delivery periods shall begin with the date of our order confirmation. All delivery periods are subject to the reservation of unforeseeable interferences to production and the lack of possibility or the punctuality of self-delivery with the range of materials delivered to the Buyer.
