The FREENOW Platform. 1.1. The FREENOW Platform provides an online software application (“Driver Application”), through which Transport Operators (acting directly or by the use of Employed Drivers), can be brought into contact with potential passengers who seek transportation to certain destinations. Through the Driver Application FREENOW also may put in contact the Transport Operators and Drivers with potential passengers seeking transportation services through a third party platform.The services that can be intermediated through the FREENOW Platform or third party platform include domestic road transport in the field of carriage of passengers by taxi in the meaning of Article 5b(1)(3) of the Road Transportation Act (“Transportation Services”), performed via taxi in the meaning of Article 2(43) of the Road Traffic Act (“Taxi”).
