WARRANTOR'S LIABILITY. 1. The Warrantor's liability under the guarantee covers physical defects that arose from reasons inherent in the Product sold at the time of its release to the Customer and that resulted from manufacturing errors, design errors or inadequate quality of the materials used in their manufacture.
