Regulamin zwiedzania
Muzeum Dominikanów w Krakowie
Regulamin określa zasady zwiedzania i korzystania ze zbiorów Muzeum Dominikanów, mieszczącego się w Klasztorze Ojców Dominikanów w Krakowie przy ul. Stolarskiej 12, zwanego dalej Muzeum.
§1
Dni i godziny otwarcia
1. Zwiedzanie Muzeum możliwe jest według harmonogramu ustalonego przez dyrektora Muzeum. Aktualny harmonogram zwiedzania można znaleźć na stronie internetowej Muzeum.
2. W przypadku zamknięcia Muzeum, z uwagi na święta kościelne lub państwowe albo wydarzenia odbywające się w Klasztorze, informację o zamknięciu Muzeum będzie można znaleźć na stronie internetowej xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
§2
Rezerwacja biletów
1. Za wstęp do Muzeum nie pobiera się opłat, jednakże konieczne jest dokonanie rezerwacji i nabycie bezpłatnego biletu wstępu upoważniającego do wejścia i zwiedzania Muzeum w terminie wskazanym na bilecie.
2. Bilet do Muzeum nabyć można za pomocą elektronicznego Systemu Rezerwacji Biletów na stronie internetowej Muzeum lub w Punkcie Obsługi Rezerwacji, który znajduje się przy wejściu do Muzeum.
3. Bilet nabyty za pomocą elektronicznego Systemu Rezerwacji Biletów, wyposażony w kod QR, należy wydrukować lub zapisać na urządzeniu mobilnym celem okazania w recepcji przy wejściu do Muzeum. Bilet nabyty i wydrukowany w Punkcie Obsługi Rezerwacji również należy zachować i okazać przy wejściu do Muzeum.
4. Dokonanie rezerwacji w Systemie Rezerwacji Biletów lub w Punkcie Obsługi Rezerwacji oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu zwiedzania Muzeum.
§3
Ogólne zasady zwiedzania
1. Muzeum można zwiedzać indywidualnie lub grupowo. Szacowany czas zwiedzania ekspozycji wynosi od 40 do 60 minut.
2. Osoby, które dokonały rezerwacji terminu zwiedzania i posiadają ważny bilet, powinny zgłosić się przy wejściu do Muzeum w dniu i o godzinie wskazanej na bilecie.
3. Osoby, które nie dokonały uprzedniej rezerwacji, powinny najpierw zgłosić się do Punktu Obsługi Rezerwacji w celu nabycia bezpłatnego biletu. Bilety będą wydawane w miarę dostępności wolnych miejsc w danym terminie.
4. Bilet wstępu określający dzień i godzinę wizyty jest ważny wyłącznie
w terminie na nim wskazanym. Bilet traci ważność po upływie 10 minut od wskazanego czasu wejścia do Muzeum.
5. Niewykorzystanego biletu nie można użyć w innym terminie celem wejścia do Muzeum – konieczne jest wygenerowanie nowego biletu, na inny dostępny aktualnie termin.
6. Zwiedzanie muzeum przez grupy liczące powyżej 30 osób wymaga uprzedniej rezerwacji terminu. Prosimy o wysłanie zapytania mailowo na adres: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. Nie ma możliwości rezerwacji drogą mailową biletów indywidualnych.
7. Muzeum nie organizuje i nie pośredniczy w organizacji zwiedzania z przewodnikiem.
§4
Zasady porządkowe
1. Zwiedzający ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność z tytułu uszkodzenia eksponatów lub pomieszczeń Muzeum.
2. Za osoby niepełnoletnie odpowiedzialność ponoszą rodzice lub opiekunowie.
3. Zwiedzający Muzeum zobowiązują się do poszanowania pomieszczeń i eksponatów Muzeum oraz dołożenia staranności, jakiej należy oczekiwać w tego typu miejscach, aby nie uszkodzić eksponatów i pomieszczeń Muzeum.
4. Przed wejściem do Muzeum należy pozostawić w szatni bagaż, parasole oraz odzież wierzchnią. Muzeum nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy pozostawione w szatni i na terenie Muzeum.
5. Znalezione przez obsługę Muzeum przedmioty pozostawione przez zwiedzających będą przechowywane przez 7 dni kalendarzowych celem umożliwienia ich odbioru. Odbiór zaginionych przedmiotów jest możliwy u obsługi Muzeum w godzinach jego otwarcia. Po upływie terminu, o którym mowa powyżej, przedmioty zostaną zutylizowane.
6. Zwiedzający nie mogą dotykać eksponatów Muzeum poza przypadkami, gdy jest to wyraźnie dozwolone przez obsługę Muzeum.
7. Na terenie Muzeum zabronione jest:
a) spożywanie posiłków lub napojów,
b) palenie tytoniu i wyrobów tytoniowych oraz papierosów elektronicznych,
c) wprowadzanie lub wnoszenie zwierząt, z wyjątkiem psa przewodnika, po zgłoszeniu tego faktu obsłudze Muzeum,
d) odbywanie rozmów telefonicznych za pomocą telefonów komórkowych lub innych urządzeń,
e) wnoszenie broni palnej i innych niebezpiecznych przedmiotów.
8. Na terenie Muzeum dozwolone jest wykonywanie zdjęć oraz utrwalanie obrazu i dźwięku, jednakże zawsze z zachowaniem ostrożności, tak aby nie uszkodzić eksponatów oraz nie utrudniać zwiedzania innym osobom. Niedozwolone jest używanie lampy błyskowej, a także fotografowanie lub filmowanie z użyciem statywu, chyba że za zgodą obsługi Muzeum.
9. Rozmowy na terenie Muzeum zwiedzający powinni prowadzić w taki sposób, aby nie zakłócać zwiedzania innym osobom.
10. Zwiedzający są zobowiązani do zastosowania się do poleceń obsługi Muzeum w zakresie zachowania bezpieczeństwa, porządku i obowiązujących przepisów.
11. Wszystkie wymienione wyżej zasady odnoszą się także do przewodników oprowadzających po terenie Muzeum.
12. Właściciel Muzeum zastrzega sobie prawo niewpuszczenia lub usunięcia z terenu Muzeum osób, które łamią zasady zwiedzania zawarte w niniejszym Regulaminie lub stwarzają zagrożenie dla innych osób, eksponatów lub pomieszczeń Muzeum.
13. Teren całego Muzeum jest objęty monitoringiem. Wejście na teren Muzeum oznacza zgodę na rejestrację wizerunku za pomocą kamer wideo.
Reklamacje, skargi i wnioski
Ewentualne reklamacje, skargi i wnioski prosimy składać listownie na adres: Fundacja Muzeum Dominikanów w Krakowie, xx. Xxxxxxxxx 00, 00-000 Xxxxxx lub mailowo na adres: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
Rules and Regulations for Visiting
The Dominican Museum in Kraków
These regulations set out the rules for visiting and accessing the collections of the Dominican Museum located in the Priory of Dominican Friars at Xxxxxxxxx 00 in Kraków, hereinafter referred to as the Museum.
§1
Opening days and hours
1. The Museum opens and closes according to the schedule established by the Director of the Museum. The current schedule can be found on the Museum’s website.
2. The Museum may be closed on church or state holidays or due to events taking place in The Priory. You will find information about any closing days at the Museum on its website at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
Tickets booking
1. Admission to the Museum is free of charge. However, it is necessary to make a booking and obtain a free admission ticket, entitling you to enter and visit the Museum on the date indicated on your ticket.
2. A ticket to the Museum can be obtained using online Ticket Booking System or at the Ticket Booking Desk at the entrance to the Museum.
3. Upon generating your free e-ticket via the Ticket Booking System, please print it out or save it on a mobile device to present it (the QR code in particular) at the reception desk at the entrance to the Museum. If you have purchased a ticket and had it printed at the Ticket Booking Desk, please keep it and present it at the entrance to the Museum.
4. By making a booking in the Ticket Booking System or at the Ticket Booking Desk, you agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations for Visiting the Museum.
§3
General rules of visiting
1. The museum can be visited individually or in groups. The average visit length to the exhibition is usually between 40 and 60 minutes.
2. If you have booked a visit and hold a valid admission ticket, please speak to a member of staff at the entrance to the Museum on your arrival on the day and at the time indicated on the ticket.
3. If you have not made a booking prior to your visit, please visit the Ticket Booking Desk in order to purchase a free ticket. Please be aware that there is a limited number of walk-in tickets available.
4. The ticket can only be used on the date selected during booking and printed on the ticket. The ticket expires 10 minutes after the indicated entry time.
5. An unused ticket cannot be used to enter the Museum at any other time slot. It is necessary to gener- ate a new ticket for another available time slot.
6. Tour groups of 30 or more adults visiting the Museum together must book in advance. Please send your inquiry by email to: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. It is not possible to book individual tickets by email.
7. The Museum does not organize guided tours nor does it act as an agency mediating in the organiza- tion thereof.
§4
Order in the Museum
1. Visitors bear full responsibility for damage to exhibits or premises of the Museum.
2. Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and appropriate supervision of the minors they are accompanying.
3. Museum visitors undertake to respect the premises and exhibits of the Museum and exercise the care that should be expected in such places so as not to damage the exhibits and rooms of the Museum.
4. Please leave any luggage, umbrellas and outerwear in the cloakroom before entering the Mu- seum. The Museum is not responsible for items left in the cloakroom and on the premises of the museum.
5. Items left by visitors in the Museum will be stored for 7 calendar days before they are removed. They can be collected from the Museum staff during the opening hours of the Museum.
6. Visitors may not touch the Museum’s exhibits, except when it is expressly stated by the staff of the Museum.
7. On the premises of the Museum it is forbidden to:
a) consume food or drink,
b) smoke tobacco products or electronic cigarettes,
c) bring in animals, except for a guide dog, upon reporting this fact to the Museum staff, d) make phone calls using mobile phones or other devices,
e) carry firearms and other dangerous items.
8. On the premises of the Museum, you are permitted to take photos as well as record images and sounds. Please exercise caution so as not to damage the exhibits and disturb other visitors. It is not allowed to use flash or equipment requiring a stand without the prior consent of the Museum staff.
9. Please be considerate to other visitors and refrain from loud conversations on the premises of the Museum.
10. Visitors are obliged to comply with the instructions of the Museum staff regarding the safety, well- being and security of our staff, visitors, collection and premises.
11. All the above-mentioned rules also apply to guides or leaders showing groups around the Museum.
12. The owner of the Museum reserves the right to refuse admission to the Museum or to remove persons who violate these visiting regulations or pose a threat to other visitors, exhibits or premises of the Museum.
13. The entire area of the Museum is monitored. By entering the premises of the Museum, you consent to video image capturing.
