Definicja Complaint Procedure

Complaint Procedure the procedure conducted as part of the Service, preceding the Legal Action, which consists in lodging a complaint with the Air Carrier on account of improper performance or non-performance of an obligation under the contract of carriage towards the passenger in the form of denied boarding or cancellation or long delay of the Flight, together with a request to the Air Carrier to pay the Redress. In the case of a Flight on a route where the place of departure or arrival is in the territory of the Republic of Poland, or where the Air Carrier has its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the complaint procedure is conducted on the basis of Article 205c of the Act of 3 July 2002 - the Aviation Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1235).
