Julia Holt founded Julia Holt Law Firm to protect creative professionals and entrepreneurs in the tech and entertainment industries. Julia is licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana.
Prior to legal practice, Julia worked in the film and music industries. She attended the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts for jazz piano. Throughout high school, Julia performed jazz piano and vocals at various festivals in New Orleans, Louisiana.
After gaining experience as a performer, Julia sought an educational background in Music Industry Studies and Film from Loyola University New Orleans. During that time, Julia founded her own booking and management company assisting independent artists in the New Orleans music community. Also, she worked as an actress and assisted at a recording studio.
During law school at the University of New Orleans College of Law, Julia pursued a certificate in Law, Tech, and Entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, she received her Masters of Business Administration at Loyola University New Orleans. After becoming a licensed attorney, she pursued The Entertainment Law & Industry Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
