OBJECTIVE OF COOPERATION. 3.1. Based on this agreement, the Parties undertake to cooperate in order to implement the solutions proposed within the MĂ IMPLIC Project, the EnEff (Addressing energy in rural Moldova) component, namely: 3.1.1. The initial evaluation of the aspects related to the energy efficiency of the building of Kindergarten nr. 12 from Bălți; 3.1.2. Identifying solutions to increase the energy efficiency of the targeted building; 3.1.3. Preparation and elaboration of the technical documentation necessary for the implementation of the identified solutions; 3.1.4. Purchase of services, works to increase energy efficiency; 3.1.5. Receipt of executed works. 3.2. All the mentioned solutions are aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing the energy consumption used for heating Kindergarten nr. 12 from Bălți. IV.
