REGULI DE ÎNREGISTRARE A PARTICIPĂRII LA LICITATIE / RULES FOR REGISTERING:
•Înregistrarea se face prin completarea contractului de participare, fie în prealabil licitafiei, fie pe parcursul acesteia.
•Pentru participanfii prezenfi în sală, paleta și formularul se predau la final recepfiei A10, situate la ieșirea din sala de licitafie.
•Participantul care dorește să liciteze pentru un lot strigat și neadjudecat, poate solicita reintroducerea acestuia în licitafie, în timpul licitafiei, prin două metode:
A. SMS la 0000 000 000, confinând doar numărul lotului; B. prin chemarea unuia dintre asistenfii de licitafie.
• Participarea la licitafie se face în conformitate cu Regulamentul de Licitare; termenii, condifiile și metodele de plată fiind specificafi în Regulamentul de licitare, respectiv plata trebuie efectuată nu mai târziu de 7 zile de la data licitafiei. Suma facturată în termenii regulamentului de licitare constituie creanfă certă, lichidă și exigibilă potrivit reglementărilor în vigoare.
• Registration is done by filling the participation contract either before or during the auction.
• The participants that are present must hand over the paddle and filled-out form at the reception desk, which can be found at hall’s entrance.
• If one wishes to bid for a lot that was auctioned but was not adjudicated, should call for the lot to be reintroduced during by:
A. Sending a text message with the lot number to: 0756 163 082; B. Informing one of the auction assistants.
• The participation at the auction shall be made in accordance with the Auction Rules, the terms and conditions and payment methods are specified in the Auction Rules, namely the payment shall be made no longer than 7 days after the auction. The invoiced amount, according to Auction Rules, represents certain, fix and due debt, in accordance with applicable regulations in force.
MODALITĂTI DE PARTICIPARE ÎN ABSENTĂ / ABSENTEE BID OPTIONS
• Participarea la licitafie se poate face și prin telefon sau prin ofertă scrisă, prin completarea datelor de mai jos. Formularul completat și semnat se transmite către A10 prin email sau prin depunerea la recepfia A10.
• Participation in the auction is also available by telephone or by written offer, by filling in the data below. The completed and signed form shall be sent to A10 by email or by presenting it at A10’s reception.
PARTICIPAREA PRIN TELEFON / TELEPHONE OFFER
Subsemnatul solicit A10 să liciteze în numele și pe seama mea, conform instrucfiunilor mele transmise telefonic în timp real, pentru loturile mai jos listate. The undersigned I hereby request A10 to bid on my behalf, in accordance with my instructions sent by telephone during the auction, for the lots listed below.
Subsemnatul autorizez A10:
- ca, atunci când între numărul lotului menfionat și descrierea lotului din contract există contradicfie, fie să acorde prevalenfă descrierii lotului, fie să nu dea curs solicitării mele;
- ca, atunci când valoarea maximă ofertată de mine nu corespunde pasului de licitafie, să ia în considerare drept valoare maxim ofertată pasul de licitafie de valoare proximă;
- la aceeași valoare a ofertei, să prefere oferta formulată de un participant prezent în sală;
- să înregistreze prin metode tehnice specifice participarea la licitafie prin telefon (convorbirea telefonică).
The undersigned I hereby authorize A10:
- to decide whether to give priority to the lot description or not to bid, in case of discrepancies between the lot number and the description of it made in the contract;
- to take into consideration as maximum offered value the next bidding step, when the value offered by me does not match the bidding step;
- to give priority to the offer made by a present participant, at the same value of the offer;
- to record using specific technical means the phone bidding.

OFERTĂ SCRISĂ / WRITTEN OFFER
Subsemnatul solicit A10 să liciteze în numele și pe seama mea pentru loturile mai jos listate, până la valorile mai jos desemnate. The undersigned I hereby request A10 to bid on my behalf for the lots listed below up to the specified maximum values.
Subsemnatul autorizez A10:
- ca, atunci când între numărul lotului menfionat și descrierea lotului din formular există contradicfie, fie să acorde prevalenfă descrierii lotului, fie să nu dea curs solicitării mele;
- ca, atunci când valoarea maximă ofertată de mine nu corespunde pasului de licitafie, să ia în considerare drept valoare maxim ofertată pasul de licitafie de valoare proximă;
- la aceeași valoare maxim ofertată (rivalitate de oferte), să prefere oferta formulată de un participant prezent în sală, urmată de cea formulată de un participant prin telefon și apoi de cea formulată în scris.
