Art. 2 Obiectul contractului (Object of the Contract)

Reglementarea principiilor şi condiţiilor de bază privind desfăşurarea şi finalizarea studiilor universitare de doctorat.

The regulation of basic principles and conditions concerning the unfolding and the completion of the doctoral studies.

Art. 3 Durata (Duration)

1) Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xx x xxxxxxxx xx 0 ani. Contractul intră în vigoare la data de 01.10.2020 şi încetează la data de 30.09.2023.

2) Studiile universitare de doctorat se pot întrerupe/prelungi sau se poate acorda o perioadă de graţie în condiţiile stabilite conform legii şi prin Regulamentul instituţional de organizare şi desfăşurare a studiilor universitare de doctorat. Pentru perioada de prelungire studentul-doctorand va achita taxa de studiu stabilită de Senatul universitar.

3) Pentru perioadele de întrerupere, de prelungire sau de acordare a unui termen de graţie se întocmesc dispoziții ale Rectorului. La finalul perioadei de întrerupere/prelungire studentul-doctorand se va prezenta la secretariatul şcolii doctorale pentru a stabili condiţiile de reluare a activităţii. Depăşirea perioadei de graţie de maximum 2 ani conduce automat la exmatricularea studentului-doctorand.

1. This contract is signed for 3 years. The contract comes into force on 01.10.2020 and will cease on September the 30th, 2023.

2. The doctoral studies may be interrupted/extended or a grace period may be granted under the conditions

set up by the law through the institutional regulations for the organisation and unfolding of the academic doctoral studies. For the extension period, the PhD student will pay the study fee in the amount decided by the Senate.

3. For each period of interruption, extension or grace will be issued the disposition of the Rector. At the end of the interruption, extension or grace period, the PhD student will come in person at the Doctoral School, in order to establish the conditions of restarting his/her activity. Breaching the maximum of the 2 years time-limit for the grace period will automatically lead to the PhD student being expelled.

Art. 4 Statutul studentului-doctorand (The Statute of the PhD Student)

2) Obligaţiile sale de frecventare a cursurilor, seminarelor, simpozioanelor, conferinţelor, prezentărilor de rapoarte de cercetare şi alte evenimente ştiinţifice sunt prevăzute în Regulamentul școlii doctorale şi în planul de pregătire individuală.

His/her duties concerning the attendance of courses, seminars, symposia, conferences, presentation of

research reports and other scientific events, are listed in the Regulation of the doctoral school and in the individual training plan.

3) Studentul-doctorand poate desfăşura activităţi didactice, potrivit, contractului de studii de doctorat, în limita a 4-6 ore convenţionale didactice pe săptămână, conform legii. Activităţile didactice care depăşesc acest nivel vor fi remunerate în conformitate cu legislaţia în vigoare, intrând sub incidenţa Codului Muncii, cu respectarea drepturilor şi obligaţiilor ce revin salariatului şi cu plata contribuţiilor datorate, potrivit legii, la asigurările sociale de stat, la asigurările pentru şomaj, la asigurările sociale de sănătate şi pentru accidente de muncă şi boli periculoase.

The PhD student can carry out, according to the contract for doctoral studies, up to 4-6

conventional hours of teaching per week. The teaching activities surpassing this level, will be remunerated according to the current employment law, as stipulated in the Labour Code, observing the rights and the obligations of the employee and all the contributions due, according to the law, to the state social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and accidents and dangerous diseases insurance.

4) Susținerea publică a tezei de doctorat reprezintă examenul de finalizare a studiilor universitare de doctorat. Susținerea în şedinţă publică a tezei de doctorat se desfășoară în faţa comisiei de susţinere publică a tezei de doctorat, denumită în continuare comisie de doctorat după parcurgerea procedurii interne de finalizare a studiilor universitare de doctorat.

The public defense of the doctoral thesis represents the examination which finalises the academic PhD program.

The defense of the doctoral thesis in public session takes place in front of the commission for public defense of the doctoral thesis, hereinafter referred to as the doctoral commission after completing the internal procedure for completing the doctoral studies.

Art. 5 Coordonarea (The Supervision)

1) Pe toată durata studiilor universitare de doctorat, studentul-doctorand va fi coordonat de.

During the entire period of the doctoral studies, the PhD student will be supervised by ,

according to the individual training plan approved by the Doctoral School.

2) Pentru desfăşurarea doctoratului, studentul-doctorand este sprijinit de o comisie de îndrumare, formată din alţi 3 membri care pot face parte din echipa de cercetare a conducătorului de doctorat, din alte persoane afiliate şcolii doctorale sau alte cadre didactice şi de cercetare neafiliate acesteia, conform planului de pregătire individuală.

For the unfolding of the doctoral studies, the PhD student is guided by an advisory committee consisting

of 3 other members who may belong to the scientific research team of the PhD supervisor, as well as by other teaching or research staff, affiliated or not to the Doctoral School, according to the individual training plan.

Art. 6 Drepturile şi obligaţiile studentului-doctorand (The Rights and Duties of the PhD Student)

1) Studentul-doctorand se angajează să cunoască şi să respecte reglementările interne ale Universităţii şi toate actele legislative în domeniu. El îşi va desfăşura studiile şi cercetările în spiritul onestităţii ştiinţifice şi al eticii, respectând standardele academice.

The PhD student commits himself/herself to know and comply with the internal regulations of the University and the legislation in this field. He/she will carry on with his/her studies and research in the spirit of academic honesty and ethics, complying with the academic standards.

2) Studentul-doctorand înţelege că în Şcoala doctorală va primi o orientare inter- şi transdisciplinară. El va participa la cursuri şi activităţi ştiinţifice în afara subiectului restrâns al tezei, în funcţie de planul de pregătire individuală decis de conducătorul de doctorat şi avizat de Consiliul Şcolii Doctorale.

The PhD student understands that within the Doctoral School he/she will receive an

inter/trans-disciplinary orientation. He/she will participate at courses and scientific activities outside the narrow topic of his/her thesis, according to the individual training plan established by the PhD coordinator and approved by the Council of the Doctoral School.

3) Studentul-doctorand va participa la evenimentele ştiinţifice ale Şcolii doctorale şi se va implica personal în activităţile legate de asigurarea calităţii.

The PhD student will participate in the scientific events organised by the Doctoral School and will personally get involved in every activity related to quality assurance.

4) Pe întreaga durată a studiilor universitare de doctorat, comunicarea electronică dintre studentul-doctorand și secretariatului școlii doctorale se va realiza prin intermediul adresei de e-mail pusă la dispoziție de Universitatea din București – Direcția IT&C, prin intermediul secretariatului școlii doctorale.

For the entire duration of the doctoral studies, the electronic communication between the doctoral student and the doctoral school secretariat will be made through the e-mail address provided by the University of Bucharest - IT&C Department, through the doctoral school secretariat.

5) Studentul-doctorand înscris la forma de învăţământ cu frecvenţă pe locurile finanţate de la bugetul de stat, poate primi bursă de doctorat, în conformitate cu prevederile contractului instituţional al Universităţii din Bucureşti.

The PhD students enrolled for a full-time program on state-subsidised places, can receive a PhD scholarship, according to the institutional contract with the University of Bucharest.

6) Bursa de doctorat se acordă pe toată perioada studiilor universitare de doctorat dacă sunt respectate prevederile contractului de studii universitare de doctorat.

The PhD scholarship is granted for the entire period of the doctoral studies if the provisions of the doctoral studies contract are observed.

7) Bursa de doctorat se acordă în condiţiile legii, din veniturile Universităţii provenite din sume alocate de la bugetul de stat, prin contractul instituţional.

The PhD scholarship is granted according to the law, from the University`s income originated from the sums allocated from the state budget, through institutional contract.

8) Pe întreaga durată de școlarizare, în conformitate cu Regulamentul de acordare a burselor, studentul- doctorand poate beneficia de burse.

For the entire duration of the doctoral studies, the PhD Student can benefit from scholarships, according to the Regulations for scholarship awarding.

9) Studentul-doctorand are obligaţia de a completa/actualiza online pe platformele indicate de conducerea Şcolii Doctorale/Universitate rapoartele ştiinţifice solicitate.

The PhD student has the obligation to complete/update online the requested scientific reports and upload them on the platforms indicated by the board of the Doctoral School.

10) Plata bursei studentului-doctorand înmatriculat la forma de învăţământ cu frecvenţă este condiţionată xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xx xxxxx studentul-doctorand a unui raport de activitate, vizat de conducătorul de doctorat, şi se va face în limita fondurilor disponibile.

The payment of the scholarship to the PhD student enrolled for full-time studies is conditioned by the monthly submission by the PhD student of an activity report, approved by his/her supervisor, and it will be made according to the available funds.

11) Bursa nu se acordă pentru perioadele de prelungire şi de graţie.

The scholarship will not be granted for the periods of extension and grace.

12) Bursa se suspendă automat pentru perioadele de întrerupere a studiilor universitare de doctorat sau în situaţiile de încălcare de către studentul-doctorand a clauzelor contractului de studii universitare de doctorat.

The scholarship is automatically suspended for the periods of interruption of studies or in situations of breach of the doctoral studies contract by the PhD student.

13) Studentul-doctorand are obligația să anunțe secretariatul școlii doctorale orice schimbare a datelor personale( nume, adresă, număr de telefon, etc) în termen de 30 de zile calendaristice de la producerea modificării.

The doctoral student has the obligation to announce the secretariat of the doctoral school any change of personal data (name, address, telephone number, etc.) within 30 calendar days.

14) Pe durata programului de pregătire bazat pe studii universitare avansate, studentul-doctorand are cel puţin următoarele drepturi şi obligaţii prevăzute de legislația în vigoare:

a. Să urmeze cursurile din planul de pregătire individuală oferite de Şcoala Doctorală, cele organizate de Universitate şi universităţile din consorţiu (dacă este cazul);

b. Să utilizeze baza materială a Şcolii doctorale;

c. Să propună teme de cercetare ştiinţifică, direcţii de cercetare, teme pentru proiecte, cu acordul conducătorului de doctorat;

d. Să promoveze examenele şi alte forme de verificare pentru obţinerea numărului de credite prevăzute în planul de pregătire individuală;

During the advanced studies period, the PhD student has at least the following rights and duties obligations provided by the legislation in force:

a) To attend the courses offered by the Doctoral School, organized by the University or by the universities within the consortium, as the case may be;

b) To benefit from the material resources of the Doctoral School,

c) To propose subjects for research, directions for research, subjects for future projects, with the approval of the PhD supervisor,

d) To pass all examinations and other forms of evaluation in order to obtain the number of credits stipulated in the individual training plan;

15) Pe durata programului de cercetare științifică finalizat cu susținerea tezei de doctorat, studentul- doctorand are următoarele drepturi şi obligaţii prevăzute de legislația în vigoare:

a. Să beneficieze de o îndrumare adecvată;

b. Să beneficieze, dacă este cazul, de cotutelă, în ţară sau în străinătate, conform acordurilor instituţionale şi în limita mijloacelor disponibile;

c. Să respecte termenele stabilite în planul de pregătire individuală;

d. Să se integreze în echipa ştiinţifică a conducătorului de doctorat;

e. Să prezinte rapoarte intermediare şi să publice articole în termenele şi condiţiile planului de pregătire individuală;

f. Să respecte normele de redactare a tezei stabilite de Şcoala doctorală.

During the of the scientific research program completed with the support of the doctoral thesis, the doctoral student has the following rights and obligations provided by the legislation in force:

a. To benefit from appropriate guidance;

b) To benefit, as the case may be, from an agreement of double coordination (co-tutelle), in Romania or abroad, according to the institutional agreements and within the available resources;

c) To comply with the deadlines stipulated in the individual training plan;

d) To join his/her PhD supervisor’s scientific team;

e) To submit intermediary reports and to publish articles within the terms and rules established in the individual training plan and approved by the Council of the Doctoral School.

f) To comply with the norms of thesis text editing established by the Doctoral School.

16) Studentul-doctorand are obligaţia de a publica în perioada studiilor universitare de doctorat cel puţin 2 articole1, rezultate din activitatea sa, în conformitate cu planul de pregătire individuală şi standardele stabilite de Consiliul Şcolii Doctorale. Articolele publicate de studentul-doctorand în conformitate cu planul de pregătire individuală şi/sau în legatură cu tema doctoratului trebuie să menţioneze afilierea institutională la Universitatea din Bucureşti.

The PhD student has the duty to publish during the doctoral studies at least 2 articles as a result of his/her work, in accordance to the individual training plan and the standards established by the Doctoral School. The articles published by the PhD student according to the Individual Training Plan and/or in connection to the subject of the thesis, must acknowledge the institutional affiliation to the University of Bucharest.

17) Teza va fi redactată în limba .......................................................... în conformitate cu recomandarea conducătorului de doctorat şi cu avizul şcolii doctorale.

The PhD thesis will be written in language, in accordance with the

recommendation of the PhD supervisor and with the approval of the Doctoral School.

1 Școala doctorală poate adopta cu aprobarea CSUD prevederi alternative cu privire la publicațiile solicitate.

18) Rezumatul tezei va fi postat, înainte de susţinerea publică a acesteia, pe website-ul Universităţii, în limba română sau într-o limbă de circulaţie internaţională. În cazul tezei redactate într-o limbă de circulaţie internaţională rezumatul va fi prezentat şi în limba română. El va fi inclus şi în Raportul anual al Şcolii doctorale.

Before the public defense, the summary of the thesis will be uploaded on the University`s website, in Romanian or in an international language. If the thesis is written in a foreign language, the summary will be presented in the Romanian language too. It will also be included in the Annual Report of

the Doctoral School.

19) Teza de doctorat este un document public. Aceasta se redactează şi în format digital. Teza de doctorat şi anexele sale se publică pe un site administrat de Ministerul Educaţiei și Cercetării, cu respectarea legislaţiei în vigoare în domeniul drepturilor de autor, după o perioadă de 00 xx xxxx xx xx obținerea titlului de doctorat conform declarației de opțiune a publicării care se va completa la momentul susținerii publice a tezei de doctorat.

The doctoral thesis is a public document. It is also written in digital format. The doctoral thesis and its annexes are published on a website administered by the Ministry of Education and Research, in compliance with the legislation in force in the field of copyright, after a period of 24 months from obtaining the doctoral degree according to the publication option statement. will complete at the time of the public defense of the doctoral thesis.

Art. 7 Drepturile şi obligaţiile conducătorului de doctorat (The Rights and Duties of the PhD Supervisor)

1) Conducătorul de doctorat are dreptul să propună sancţionarea studenţilor-doctoranzi care nu respectă normele ştiinţifice şi etice. El se va asigura că materialele prezentate de studentul-doctorand pentru satisfacerea exigenţelor pregătirii doctorale sunt rodul muncii acestuia, nu sunt plagiate şi nu încalcă drepturile intelectuale ale altor persoane. El monitorizează întreaga activitate a studentului-doctorand care-i este încredinţat, după modelul tutoratului.

The PhD supervisor has the right to propose disciplinary action for PhD students who do not

comply with the scientific and ethical norms. He/she will make sure that the materials submitted by the PhD student are the fruit of his/her own work, that they are not plagiarised and do not violate the intellectual property rights of other persons. He/she monitors the entire activity of the doctoral student he/she coordinates, according to the tutoring model.

2) Pe durata programului de pregătire bazat pe studii universitare avansate, conducătorul de doctorat are următoarele drepturi prevăzute în legislația în vigoare:

a. Să fixeze, de acord cu studentul-doctorand, planul de pregătire individuală;

b. Să înceteze relaţia de conducere ştiinţifică, atunci când apreciază că există sau se poate naşte o situaţie de conflict de interese şi/sau de încălcare a normelor legale şi/sau deontologice, cu acordul Consiliului Şcolii doctorale şi al Rectorului.

During the training program based on advanced university studies, the PhD supervisor has the following rights provided by the legislation in force:

a. To set up, together with the PhD student, the individual training plan,

b. To cease the PhD supervision with the approval of the Doctoral School`s Council, countersigned by the Rector, when he/she evaluates that a conflict of interests arises or is about to arise and/or a breach of legislation or ethics is taking place.

3) Pe durata programului de pregătire bazat pe studii universitare avansate, conducătorul de doctorat are următoarele obligaţii prevăzute în legislația în vigoare:

a. Să ofere teme de cercetare ştiinţifică, direcţii de cercetare, teme pentru proiecte;

b. Să asigure consiliere academică referitoare la planul de pregătire individuală;

c. Să comunice la timp notele şi calificativele (dacă este cazul);

d. Să contribuie la asigurarea transparenţei evaluării prin toate mijloacele eficiente.

During the training program based on advanced university studies, the PhD supervisor has the following duties provided by the legislation in force:

a. To propose subjects and directions for the scientific research and topics for projects;

b. To assure scientific guidance according to the individual research plan;

c. To communicate in good time the marks and the grades (where applicable);

d. To contribute to the assurance of transparency of evaluation through all effective means;

4) Pe durata programului de cercetare științifică finalizat cu susținerea tezei de doctorat, conducătorul de doctorat are următoarele drepturi prevăzute în legislația în vigoare:

a. Să fixeze, de acord cu studentul-doctorand, planul de pregătire individuală;

c. Să sancţioneze, prin mijloacele prevăzute în regulamentele Universităţii, studenţii-doctoranzi care nu se încadrează în planul de pregătire individuală.

During the research period the scientific research program completed with the defense of the PhD thesis, the PhD supervisor has the following rights provided by the legislation in force:

a. To set up, together with the PhD student, the individual training plan;

b. To cease the PhD supervision with the approval of the Doctoral School`s Council, countersigned

by the Rector, when he/she evaluates that a conflict of interests arises or is about to arise and/or a breach of legislation or ethics is taking place.

c. To take the disciplinary action stipulated by the University regulations, for every PhD student who doesn’t comply with the individual training plan.

5) Pe durata programului de cercetare științifică finalizat cu susținerea tezei de doctorat, conducătorul de doctorat are următoarele obligaţii prevăzute în legislația în vigoare :

a. Să asigure consiliere academică referitoare la programul de cercetare;

b. Să evalueze rapoartele intermediare de cercetare, în numărul stabilit prin planul de pregătire individuală;

c. Să pregătească referatul de susţinere în termen şi să asigure ca membrii comisiei să întocmească şi să predea referatul în termen de 00 xx xxxx xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

During the research period the scientific research program completed with the defense of the PhD thesis, the PhD supervisor has at least the following duties provided by the legislation in force:

a. To assure the scientific guidance pertaining to the research program;

b. To evaluate the intermediary research reports, the number of which was agreed in the individual training plan;

c. To meet the deadline for preparing the thesis defense report and to make sure that the members of the commission will deliver their reports within 30 days after having received the thesis.

6) Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx doctorale poate iniţia înlocuirea conducătorului de doctorat.

The Doctoral School’s Council can initiate the replacement of the PhD supervisor.

Art. 8 Recunoaşterea academică (Academic Recognition)

1) Studentul-doctorand va conveni cu conducătorul de doctorat lista cursurilor ce urmează a fi studiate din afara Şcolii doctorale, dacă este cazul şi lista va fi anexată planului de pregătire individuală.

The PhD student will agree with his/her PhD supervisor upon the list of courses taken outside the Doctoral School curriculum, if applicable, and the list will be attached to the individual training plan.

2) Titlul de doctor propus de comisie se va supune Consiliului Naţional pentru Atestarea Titlurilor, Diplomelor şi Certificatelor Universitare. Diploma de doctor se va elibera prin efectul Ordinului Ministrului Educaţiei Naționale.

The proposal of the commission to award the title of Doctor will be submitted to the National Council for Attestation of Titles, Diplomas and Academic Certificates. The PhD diploma will be issued through the Order of the Ministry of National Education.

Art. 9 Finanţarea studiilor universitare de doctorat (The Financing of the Doctoral Studies)

Studentul-doctorand este finanţat prin bugetul de stat alocat de către Ministrului Educaţiei Naționale. Pentru studii şi cercetări beneficiază de facilităţile oferite de Şcoala doctorală (bibliotecă, baze de date online, laboratorul de…….........…, etc)/fonduri din contractul de cercetare nr. ................................

The PhD student is subsidised by the state budget allocated by the Ministry of National Education. For the studies and the research, he/she will benefit from the resources offered by the Doctoral School (library, online databases, laboratory of…………………………, funds from the research project no:…………………………...

1) Datele personale sunt prelucrate de Universitatea din București, pentru diferite rapoarte statistice, conform Legii nr. 129/2018, cu modificările și completări ulterioare, și ale Regulamentului U.E. 679/2016 privind protecția persoanelor fizice în ceea ce privește prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal.

2) Pentru a beneficia de asigurarea de sănătate fără plata contribuției și de gratuitate la transportul feroviar intern la toate categoriile de trenuri, clasa a II-a, în tot cursul anului calendaristic, indiferent de distanță sau rutele călătoriilor conform prevederilor legale în vigoare, studentul-doctorand este de acord (își dă acordul) cu prelucrarea datelor personale care demonstrează statutul de student-doctorand înmatriculat.

3) Pentru încărcarea dosarului de doctorat pe platforma naţională în conformitate cu prevederile H.G. nr.134/2016, studentul-doctorand este de acord cu prelucrarea datelor personale care demonstrează statutul de student-doctorand înmatriculat.

1) Personal data is processed by the University of Bucharest for the purpose of various statistical reporting, according with the Law no. 128/2018, with the subsequent changes and additions, and of the U.E. Regulation. 679/2016 regarding a persons’ protection regarding processing personal data.

2) In order to benefit from the Health Insurance without paying the contribution for the free inland railway transport, for all categories of trains, second class, all throughout the calendar year, regardless of the distance and of the routes, according to the current legal regulations, the PhD student agrees with the processing of personal data which confirms his/her status as registered university PhD student.

3) For the uploading of the PhD file on the national platform, according to the Government Decision no. 134/2016, the PhD student gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data which confirms his/her status as registered university PhD student.

Art. 11 Încetarea contractului (Termination of the Contract)

Prezentul contract încetează:

a. la sfârşitul perioadei prevăzută la art.3;

b. din iniţiativa unilaterală a studentului-doctorand;

c. prin rezilierea, fară îndeplinirea vreunei proceduri prealabile, a contractului de către instituție și, pe cale de consecință, exmatricularea studentului-doctorand pentru motivul neîndeplinirii sau întârzierii de către acesta a obligațiilor sale contractuale, fără ca prin acesta să fie înlăturate alte consecințe, prevăzute de legislația aplicabilă.

The present contract ceases:

a. at the end of the period stipulated in art.3;

b. at the PhD student’s initiative;

c. By the termination, without the fulfillment of any prior procedure, of the contract by the institution and, as a consequence, the expulsion of the PhD student for the reason of failure or delay

by him of his contractual obligations, without by this other consequences, provided by the applicable law.

Art. 12 Modificarea contractului (Alteration of the Contract)

Modificarea oricărei clauze a prezentului contract sau a anexelor sale se poate face prin înţelegere între părţi, convenită în scris, prin act adiţional.

Any alteration in the clauses of the present contract or in its annexes can be made by a mutual agreement between parties, through an additional act.

Art. 13 Forţa majoră (Force Majeure)

Forţa majoră exonerează părţile de răspundere, pe perioada acţionării ei.

Partea care invocă forţa majoră trebuie să anunţe cealaltă parte în termen de 30 de zile de la data apariţiei cazului de forţă majoră, conform legii.

The Force Majeure exonerates the parties of their responsibilities, for the time of its duration.

The part who invokes the Force Majeure, has to notify the other part within 30 days after the case occurred, according to law.

Art. 14 Litigii (Litigations)

Litigiile decurgând din interpretarea şi executarea prezentului contract vor fi soluţionate de părţi pe cale amiabilă. În cazul nesoluţionării lor în acest mod, litigiile vor fi supuse instanţelor judecătoreşti competente.

The litigations derived from the interpretation and execution of the present contract will be solved through amicable settlement between parties. In case of a lack of such settlement, the litigation will be submitted

to the competent courts of law.

Art. 15 Dispoziţii finale (Final Dispositions)

1) Prezentul contract se completează cu Legea nr. 1/2011 a educației naționale, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Legea nr. 288/2004, privind organizarea studiilor universitare, Legea nr. 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor și drepturile conexe, H.G. nr 681/2011, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, O.M.E.N.C.Ș. nr 6102/2016 și ordinul Ministrului nr. 3062/16.01.2018 privind modificarea Anexei la Ordinul nr 6102/15.12.2016, Carta Universității din București și regulamentele interne ale acesteia, precum și cu toate actele normative și/sau juridice incidente.

The present contract shall be completed with the Law no. 1/2011 of the national education, with the subsequent modifications and completions, Law no. 288/2004, regarding the organization of university studies, Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, H.G. No 681/2011, with subsequent amendments and completion, O.M.E.N.C.Ș. no 6102/2016 and the order of the Minister no. 3062 / 16.01.2018 regarding the modification of the Annex to Order no. 6102 / 15.12.2016, the Charter of the University of Bucharest and its internal regulations, as well as with all incidental normative and / or legal acts.

2) Decanul Facultății de , prin delegare, în baza Decizia Rectorului Universității din București nr. 186 bis/ 6 septembrie 2016, semnează prezentul contract de studii universitare. Dean of the Faculty of , by delegation, based on the Decision of the Rector of the University of Bucharest no. 186 bis / September 6, 2016, sign this contract for university studies.

3) Prezentul contract a fost încheiat în 2 exemplare, câte un exemplar pentru fiecare parte.

The present contract was concluded in 2 original copies, one copy for each party.
